The staff and service is stellar! Always treating us with VIP treatment and sometimes can be a bit overwhelming although welcomed. I would give this a five star rating, but, very inconvenient for Physically challenged persons. The only room they have available for handicap are two bedroom suites. These rooms are NOT properly equipped with the necessities to qualify for a handicap accessible room (we had to purchase our own shower fixture) Although the front desk agents are extremely friendly and helpful, they are limited to their capabilities when it comes to negotiating room rates for long-term guests. For common areas inside the lobby are very nice as the photos shown on the website. Once you get to the room areas, The brutal humidity hits you sometimes you can smell tropic weather effects which you’ll get used to. The best advice is to get the breakfast included with your stay. Well, worth the $12 per person price. I would still recommend Vivere to all if you want to experience superb customer service catered to you but if you have physical limitations, be aware. The criticisms in this review are persons needing a wheelchair. I have to mention, The services rendered from the front & restaurant personnel is AWESOME!! Amenities are close by, Festival mall and landmark is more than enough for your local shopping needs whether it be for groceries, etc. And during the late night hours, 7-Eleven is just a few steps away.

We stayed overnight due to a scheduled early morning procedure at the nearby Asian Hospital. It’s perfect for that. Hotel provided free shuttle to the hospital. Also very convenient to nearby Festival Mall. And excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful instagramable lobby, room was spacious and clean with great views, bathroom was big and adequate amenities, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The nest was a great place to hang out at night (spectacular views of yhe bay) and also fothe breafast venue. Most of all, staff was corteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and will come ba k again. Area very convenient and close to yhe mall.

Good hotel but staff mind set need improve
Hotel, room staff are good, nice freindly, clean, but my hotel had closed up with partition, actually I prefer a balcony or patio to enjoy might view. A minor observation, when I having meals at root top The Nest, can feel that the staff treat Asian and Western differently, I had frequent in out through it for smoking, when I have my dinner at 2nd night, the waitress treat me like I'm a poor guest that no money to pay the meal, insist to have my room number before serve me while my colleague, a western, not even ask for , just because I wear very casual, a very disappointed from me, hope you will change

Great staff service and always with a smile. Staff was very helpful and prompt. It is walking distance to Festival Mall and North Gate. Hence, its location is very convenient. The room has amenities such as fridge and kettle. It would be nice to have a microwave for heating up food. Otherwise, it is an excellent accommodation and will be back again.
