Lovely stay
We had a fantastic stay at this rental, where paddle courts are just outside (racquets also provided) the communal pool is big and clean and close by and the villa offered perfect accommodation for my family and my sisters family, as the two single bedrooms also had pull out beds. It has a private contained garden space to the rear so again perfect if your little ones wish to play games etc. The check in and out was smooth as you are met with a real person who is contactable throughout your stay and we really appreciated being able to check in and out earlier and later upon request due to our awkward flight times. There are two bathrooms which really help with getting ready to go out in the evening and the view is outstanding if you instead decide to stay in and play cards or eat in the outside space. It comes with underground parking but unfortunately someone was parked in the allocated space the whole trip, however you can find plenty of parking right outside the complex so this wasn’t an issue for us, just something we made the owner aware of for future guests. All round we had a wonderful stay, the place was clean, it met everyone’s needs and will definitely be hoping to visit again.

Comfortable home from home
Was a great location for our young family stay as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the coast but near enough for a quick drive. Positives were the flat was really clean, spotless in fact. The back yard play area was fab and the kids loved running around— and let’s not forget the beautiful views!! We also loved exploring Sotogrande port and these surroundings. Parking was easy in the garage with wide spaces and a lift with a trolley to use to move your stuff up the stairs when food shopping etc. Great air conditioner too! Slight Negatives : It’s a bit tired and dated in the decor and linens needs a refresh — no biggie for us but some people Might be bothered by the stained carpet for example and walls… We didn’t love that some of the kitchen appliances were on its last legs ( toaster and dishwasher especially) and probably should be replaced as they didn’t always work well… pool area not great for young kids with no steps for entry and no real shallow end. If you’re a light sleeper be warned that this flat ( and two of the bedrooms) are directly above the parking garage door entry so anytime the door opens below you will hear it at all hours… this was a problem for us. Overall we had a wonderful time despite any small niggles. Thank you!

Family holiday
A fantastic apartment in a quiet residential area (Urbanización). A much larger apartment than we imagined and which the photographs don’t really do it justice. Immaculately clean and very well equipped. Everything you would expect in a holiday home - excellent WiFi, smart TV, A/C in every room, dishwasher, washing machine. Great sea views from the terrace/garden. The terrace is a great size and enough room for all to sit in comfort. Added bonus is the secure underground parking which also key our car nice and cool. Location is fantastic for the beach which is about 5 minutes drive away. We went there August and it was never overcrowded and plenty of parking. 2 nice beach bars on this beach. Nearest supermarket about 10 minutes drive. There may be nearer ones but we didn’t see them. Ideal location for major resorts such as Marbella, Gibraltar, Estepona as apartment is just off the main A7, but far enough away from the road not to be bothered by any road noise. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and it all depends what you want but most of the towns are within 5-15 minutes drive away. I would recommend that you do have a car as everything you would need is not within walking distance and the location is up a hill. Shared swimming pool & garden is a good size and we always managed to grab 4 sun loungers - it is busier after 3 pm but we never had a problem. A few rules such as not being able to leave your towels on sun beds and disappearing all day was clearly ignored by some of our close European “neighbours “. However this was not a problem for us. All in all a great apartment that provided everything that we needed.

A beautiful, clean and modern apartment a lovely relaxing family holiday
The apartment is immaculate it is clean and modern and is a good size i stayed with my husband and 4 children and there was ample space and room. The apartment has a lovely outdoor area with a lovely garden and gorgeous virw of the sea. We had a lovely relaxing family holiday the pool was a nice size but we also used the pierre et vacancrs hotel pool which had s great pool bar serving snacks and cocktdils we slso used pierre et vacances small grocery store on occassions if we ran out of milk as this os the nearest shop around. The owner was very prompt with emsils when cortesponding. We had a great fsmily joloday and loved the local braches and chiringuitos however a car is a must,

El alojamiento magnífico, en limpieza, trato, utencilios de cocina, etc. incluso, hubo problemas con el lavavajillas y de momento contectó el técnico con nosotras. Todo alrededor son zonas residenciales vigiladas y con muchas seguridad. Por ponerle alguna pega es que no tenías mosquitaras y que haía que coger el coche hasta para comprar pan. Pero en coche es a unos minutos de playas estupendas y a pocos minutos más tienes supermercados. Así que pensamos repetir.

Buen alojamiento. Lo mejor, el jardín y las vistas al mar
En general hemos estado muy agusto y la casa y la ubicación estaban bastante bien. La parte exterior y las vistas eran magníficas y hemos disfrutado mucho en familia. Como aspecto de mejora, que cuando llegamos no había toallas y sábanas suficientes para todos, pero tras comunicarlo, fue solventado con rapidez. Por lo demás todo correcto.

Piso amplio, cómodo y con piscina y pista de pádel comunitaria
Muy bien, superó nuestras expectativas. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Tiene un jardín el apartamento Muy agradable sólo le faltaba un detalle, instalar un toldo que cubra del sol de tarde la zona que tiene sofá y sillones de terraza y la mesa para comer en el exterior . Lo demás extraordinario. La zona de piscina comunitaria también necesitaría alguna sombrilla más o que crezcan los árboles para tener mejores sombras. Sí tiene muchas tumbonas comunitarias y el césped, la piscina y las vistas son excelentes. La comunidad no está masificada y los vecinos son educados y respetan las normas de convivencia. El aparcamiento cubierto es muy amplio para una plaza de vehículo. Las vistas de Gibraltar y muchos días de Ceuta y la costa del norte de África son preciosas. Varias playas muy cerca en coche y variedad de restaurantes, supermercados como Mercadona, lidel y otros no lejos de la urbanización y buenas comunicaciones con autovía y autopista con Algeciras, Sotogrande, Estepona, Casares y diversas localidades. En resumen estupendo .

Perfekt geschnittene Wohnung - großzügig mit traumhaften Blick auf Gibraltar Etwas störend, da direkt über Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage zwei Schlafzimmer liegen. Im Laufe der Zeit gewöhnt man sich aber an das Geräusch.

Ruim voldoende, maar heeft wel aandacht nodig.
Het appartement is heel ruim en schoon. De locatie op de berg zorgt voor een adembenemend uitzicht. Dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt (Eroski) ligt op ca 10 minuten, de grotere Mercadona en Lidl op 15 minuten rijden. Het appartement beschikt over airco in het gehele appartement. Er zijn 2 badkamers. 1 grotere met losse doucheruimte met verhoogde houten vloer + bad en een kleinere badkamer met bad. Het appartement ligt op de begane grond, boven de garagedeur van het block. Het openen van die deur zorgt voor geluidsoverlast, wat met name in het weekend ook 's nachts doorgaat. (afhankelijk van komend en gaand verkeer). Het complex wordt ook veel gebruikt voor vaste bewoning, waarbij de bewoners overdag aan het werk zijn. Hierdoor is het zwembad overdag nooit overvol. Het zwembad is moeilijk te bereiken indien u slecht ter been bent. U dient te allen tijde 1 trap te beklimmen, voordat je bij de lift bent die je naar boven naar het zwembad brengt. Het is mogelijk om eventueel via de andere garage te gaan, maar dan moet er iemand mee zijn, die dan de garage deur van binnen uit kan openen. Het zwembad is minder kindvriendelijk door de diverse verboden: waaronder luchtbedden niet toegestaan, balspelen niet toegestaan. Spelende kinderen worden niet gewaardeerd door de vast bewoners. Het appartement is goed uitgerust, maar dient wel op een paar punten te worden verbeterd (vernieuwd). Een eetgelegenheid op het terras zou een welkome aanvulling zijn. Er is meer dan voldoende ruimte voor. Naar ons idee zouden er wat meer handdoeken aanwezig mogen zijn. 1 badhanddoek + 1 kleine "facial" per persoon is te weinig, ook al is er een wasmachine We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. De omgeving is leuk en rustig. Estepona ligt in de buurt. De stranden zijn grindstranden. Bovenstaande punten zijn relatief eenvoudig en betaalbaar op te lossen, mits de eigenaren hier ook voor open staan. Helaas werd onze feedback niet gewaardeerd, hoewel we dit echt positief bedoelden.

Wir haben uns in der sauberen, ruhigen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit tollem, privaten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt mit Stephane war unkompliziert und freundlich. Der Blick auf die Costa del Sol, Gibraltar und Marokko ist jeden Tag auf Neue toll. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub!

Muy bueno para disfrutar en familia y amigos. Coche necesario 100% para moverse por la zona.
Apartamento en magnífico estado con muy buenas instalaciones donde no se echa en falta nada. La acogida muy buena y la persona responsable atenta de que todo marche bien. La ubicación es buena, se pueden visitar muchos lugares cercanos, pero para cualquier cosa hace falta coger el coche.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, wunderbare Aussicht
Die Wohnung war wunderschön und auch die Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr zuverlässig und hat z.B. bei Bedarf schnell Handtücher nachgeliefert. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat, waren die Kellerasseln, die in der gesamten Anlage vor allem auf den Treppen und Fluren waren.

Tolles Apartment in gepflegter Anlage
Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es mangelt auch nicht an Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Die Terrasse hat ein wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die Felsen von Gibraltar. Auch draußen gibt's genug Sitzmöbel. Tiefgaragenstellplatz samt Aufzug sind vorhanden. Check-in/out verlief absolut reibungslos. Der Pool der Anlage ist ebenfalls recht groß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorbildlich. Der Preis für das Gebotene ist absolut top. Besser kann es nicht sein. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
