Good city centre location

Pros: Proximity to town centre
Cons: Staff responsiveness/leadership - don't hide in the back office when there is an unhappy customer at the front desk.
The hotel is very close to the railway station which is convenient, but also means it is too noisy to have a window open during the night. No problem if the air conditioning is working, but that was not the case for 1 of the 2 rooms we had for the week. I found the staff slow to respond to the issue, they seemed more hopeful that the problem would go away rather than proactively resolve it. As we were at the hotel for the week it was worth persevering, and was eventually fixed on the last night. Rooms were modern, kept very clean, and were comfortable overall.

Business Trip

great little hotel in centre of Mannheim next to the Train Station. Modern, clean, comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful! would return

das checkin ging äusserst schnell. personal sehr freundlich und professionell. zimmer sehr sauber und ruhig.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, direkt beim Bahnhof gelegen. Der Empfang war zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und zweckmässig. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es zu laut zum schlafen, die Luftqualität war aber auch bei geschlossenem Fenster gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und lecker. Für Kurzaufenthalte, Geachäftsreisen u.ä. kann ich das Hotel absolut empfehlen.
