Staff were very difficult (albeit very polite) about the booking, said they had no rooms available and took over an hour before they found us a room, and constantly criticised Wotif.com. When finally we received a room, the manageress tried to say we had only paid a deposit , the booking had been cancelled, then kept us waiting another hour the next day while we tried to pay for a meal. Extra cost was added to the meal price and when we received a receipt it showed, and is still showing $110 dollars owing.. If they don't like Wotif , why do they accept their bookings? Disgracefull.
