For abundant year-round outdoor activities, it doesn't get much better than this area. Zip around on water skis or cast a fishing line off a boat during the summer (a boat launch into the lake sits around the corner from the house), and the winter brings some of the region's best skiing and snowboarding at Echo Valley Ski Area (nine miles northeast). You'll also find four wineries - Hard Row to Hoe Vineyards, Tildio Winery, Four Lakes Winery, Tipsy Canyon, Lagrioth Winery, and Amos Rome - within one mile of this home, and several tasting rooms in downtown Manson.

A modern lake house with contemporary design elements, no detail has been overlooked to ensure the most comfortable stay possible. After a full day on the lake, come home to enjoy a DVD movie or DirectTV on one of the two flatscreen TVs. Settle into the comfy cloth couches or armchairs in the living room, and if it's chilly outside, flip on the fireplace and let a cozy fire quickly warm the room.

Use its stainless steel appliances, ample granite countertops, and varied cookware for quick and easy meal prep. Fire up the gas grill and get grilling while your loved ones whip up sides in the downstairs kitchen!

Back inside, a downstairs game room sits ready for a fun evening of foosball and poker tournaments with your group. You could also rest on the room's cloth couch and flip on the wall-mounted TV to catch up on local news. A nearby dinette is a good place to whip up snacks if you're still hungry.

A full day of outdoor activities, game room fun, and exploring in town will certainly make you tired, so get the restful sleep you need in any of three bedrooms. Accommodating up to six guests, sleeping options include queen beds in all rooms or a double over twin set in a corner of the game room. Modestly furnished with items like nightstands, reading lamps, wall-to-wall-carpet, ceiling fans, and tasteful decor, the quiet and peaceful bedrooms will deliver a great night's sleep night after night.

Known for legendary fishing and some of the best conditions for all the water sports you love, Roses Lake is just steps away from this home and can be accessed down a pathway from the backside of the house. Bring along a canoe, a kayak, or a paddle board to explore the lake's many inlets and coves. If you'd like to explore the city scene, head two miles south to Manson's historic downtown area where you'll find one-of-a-kind boutiques, quaint specialty shops, and more.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
