Äskettäin uusittu keittiö, jossa keskisaari ja maatilapöytä. Mukava olohuone. Wi-Fi. Kaksi toisen kerroksen makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone. Pääkerroksen makuuhuone. Katso auringonlaskua vuoren yli isojen katettujen edessä sijaitsevien keinutuolien avulla. Peitetty terassi ja ulkokalusteet takana. Tämä koti sijaitsee melkein hehtaarin ruohoisella pihalla. Huone lentopalloille tai hauskaa potkua. Mantuvan säiliö on täydellinen veneilyyn, kalastukseen, melontaan ja pilkkimiseen talvella. Lisäksi viiden mailin polku järven ympärillä on hieno pyöräilyyn tai kävelyyn./ Käynnissä. Kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä talosta. Inspiraatiokohdan ja Willard-huipun kautta Mantuvan eteläpuolella polut ovat ATV-ystävällisiä ja näkymä on uskomaton.

Kultaisen piikan kansallinen historiallinen alue, Crystal Hot Springs, Bear Riverin muuttolintujen turvapaikka, Mantua Little Valley -päivät heinäkuussa, Box Elder County Fair -tapahtumat elokuussa, Peach-päivät syyskuussa, Willard Bay, Utah State University, Brigham City Golfkenttä, kaksi LDS-temppeliä , Hardware Elk Ranch, Maddox-pihviravintola. Powder Mountain ja Nordic Valley Ski Resorts ovat molemmat tunnin ajomatkan päässä. Älä unohda kokeilla parhaita hampurilaisia täällä Mantuvassa sijaitsevassa Little Valley Country Store -kaupassa!

The house is perfect! I would suggest having an additional blanket in the closet that two people can share on the leather sofa. Also, I noticed many fireflies around the house, there may be a nest somewhere. Also, having a tea kettle would be great. Aside for that, I loved the house and I would stay there again.

The property was Great. Clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the spiders in the house found several in the bedrooms. Might need to spray for spiders. Otherwise everything was Great!

Fantastic
This was the perfect getaway for our family. It’s close enough to the city but far enough away to enjoy the country feel. It was clean, spacious and very homey. We really enjoyed the amount of yard space as we were able to do several outside yard games as a family for a good amount of the time there. It was a wonderful stay that we will likely to again.

Wedding Getaway
The place is so beautiful and super cute and has a wonderful home feel! It was perfect for what we needed. We came up for our wedding and it was also our getting ready spot for the groom and groomsman. It was super perfect and beautiful. The only thing I would note is that the bugs were a little crazy and we wanted to get a bug zapper for inside/outside to help make sure we werent letting too many inside. I know that we were next to a lake and all the animals which was wonderful and totally fine.

Awesome place to stay!
We came for a pickleball tournament in Brigham city. This home was a short 5.8 miles away in a good location to make the drive easy with minimal traffic! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Absolutely would book it again!

Cozy getaway
Warm and cozy 1906 farmhouse completely renovated. Very impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the home. Communication with the host was great. Awesome setting with a beautiful lake nearby. We were there for business meetings and our only regret was we didn't book it through the weekend in order to enjoy the quaint towns nearby. Love that there are so many "Mom and Pop" restaurants, antique stores and shopping. Will definitely stay here again for a romantic getaway.

Great place WiFi was trash
Everything was so comfortable and nice. They had a convenient guide of things to do around the area and got back to us quickly. They had a smart tv so we could stream anything but the WiFi was not good. We did an internet speed test and it scored 1.0. Other than that it was great :)

Quiet Mountain Home
We loved staying at this cute home. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for a great trip. We made two fires in the backyard fire pit and walked to the Reservoir daily.
