If you are looking for a tropical Keyz experience, you have arrived in paradise at this three bedroom two bathroom home on a direct ocean access canal which has all the comforts of home and more.
**This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom rental** There is no ground floor apartment or access as of 2022.*
Directly outside of the screened in patio we have a dock which will accommodate a 50 Foot boat or about 50 total feet of dockage for multiple boats. Dock outside of the house, and have access to a hose, water, fish cleaning station to clean up after your long day of fishing or fun day on the water either snorkeling, scuba diving or whatever floats your boat! When you’re ready to enjoy happy hour, because it’s 5 o’clock somewhere in the keys, You can relax at the Tiki Hut and screened in patio area where you can enjoy lounging on the sectional sofa, dining on a six person dining table, watch TV or enjoy the hammock and outside deck area as well.
There is plenty of space to host your friends over and enjoy your fresh caught fish and lobster! When you’re ready to venture out on the kayaks we have a two person and one person kayak and also a paddleboard.
When you’re ready to get on the grill and cook for the family, there is also a patio and grilling area for your leisure. Please also enjoy taking an outside shower as the outdoor shower is conveniently located next to the pool.
For you fishermen out there, we also have a bait freezer conveniently located next to the screened in porch. Last but not least, please enjoy your own personal private pool surrounded by lush tropical palm trees, While being secluded canalside and tiki bar side. Pool towels provided.
Inside of home: Our home has Comcast cable, high-speed wireless Internet, a king master suite with a television, queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom as well. We have washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Don’t worry about bringing pots to cook your lobster as we have a large steamer available above the refrigerator to steam your lobster.
Our home is open concept regarding the kitchen/dining and living area. If there are any other suggestions you would ever have about items in the kitchen please feel free to ask our property manager for a reasonable requests!

All linens are included and fully cleaned by CDC guidelines.

Wireless Internet and landline telephone is also available for making local calls and having connection to the Internet at all times.
We not only want you to enjoy vacation like we do when we are, we want this to be a private resort like feel and a 10 out of 10 experience every time! We pride ourselves in changing out pillows, sheets, linens and we want this home to be like yours while you are here!
If you are looking for securing two homes or even three homes due to a large party, a wedding, or a big family you can rent from our friends next-door who has a house on both sides of ours to accommodate large parties.

We also have a 4BR, 3BA home with pool along with the same exact amenities and sitting right next to the golf course named Keyz Dreaming, lastly if you are looking for a 5BR, 4BA home with the same exact amenities and sitting right next to the Vaca cut on the gulf side, look no further has this home can accommodate two families easily! This home is named KEYZ LIVING LARGE.

Loved being by the water. Traveled in January, the pool was small, but heated, which was great. There were string lights outside that worked, but flood light on deck didn’t work. On windy day roof fan made noise. Master bedroom toilet was loose.

Lovely house in a convenient location
We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving week here. It was nice being on the canal to fish / kayak. Location was convenient to the beaches and a reasonable drive to Key West. We loved it!

We booked this vacation 15 months in advanced and couldn't wait. We checked in Saturday evening and unfortunately had to check-out first thing Tuesday morning, thanks to Hurricane Helene. We were heart broken we only had a 2/7day vacation but enjoyed the house and made the best out of the two days we got. We were a bit disappointed the property manager never got back with us when we reached out to her about the TV not working (we found the living room remote was in the bedroom and the bedroom remote was missing) and the grill being out of propane (when we got our catch prepared to grill) However, we made do and cooked our catch on the stove top. We loved the pool and enjoyed regardless. We were very thankful to be with our family an be able to bring our 4 legged babies.

Upon arriving, there were crumbs on kitchen counter, urine on master bath toilet & black hairs on dresser in Mahi room. No remote for MB tv. Pool had debris all on bottom of pool. Pool guy came by twice but never cleaned pool. Location was great, very convenient! No outside lights or light in .pool.Would stay again overall.

We enjoyed a fabulous week
We really enjoyed our stay, location was excellent only thing we would change is lighting outside by bar is needed for grilling etc after dark its difficult to see anything, the refrigerator in the bar outside is plugged in but does not work, AC may need upgrade as mid day it can not keep up, but catches back up at night. We had a fabulous vacation & will be back!

Overall we had a fabulous trip. The tv in the living room needs to possibly be replaced, the volume would go up so loud on its own often. The master bedroom tv did not have a remote and that was a bummer. The kitchen was spacious and all the furniture was comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids. We utilized the canal for a boat which was perfect. We would return :)

We had a great time. The house was very clean. Having your own private pool is a huge bonus! The location is perfect, centrally located in the keys so exploring other keys is easy! The house is close to Sombrero beach too, one of the nicer beaches in the keys.

Keyzee Living was perfect!
We stayed two weeks and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. Fishing off the dock and dipping in the pool was relaxing. Great screened porch with a freezer. There are two kayaks to enjoy a short paddle to the mangroves and atlantic coastline. House was well stocked with everything needed. Check in and out was quick & easy. Beth our contact was very good with local suggestions, quick response and communication. Overall a great stay in Marathon! Highly recommend!

It was a lovely home. We enjoyed our stay. Couple of disappointing things were - the sliding door to the balcony didn't work. It was accessible through the master bedroom but even that door wouldn't accommodate a walker one person needed. The grills were filthy and unusable. The couch was broken down and hard to get up and out of. The location was fine but more information about eating establishments and delivery places should be provided.

Bad weather but still a great vaca w friends
Unfortunately no one can change the weather. We planned to do a lot of boating, but the wind and weather turned bad. However, we enjoyed a Key West day, a trip to Dolphin Research Center and being together at the house. The house was what we expected. The pool and the coffee maker & grill didn’t work properly on our Sat. arrival. However, the pool got fixed on Sunday. It was warm and very nice. The coffee maker got replaced on Monday. They ordered a new grill which was to be delivered by Wed but it never arrived. On Thurs we tried to contact both the host and the property manager. Finally we got a hold of someone and we picked up the new grill from Home Depo nearby. The grill is a nice one. Everything was comfortable! (The TV in the main living room had terrible sound- that may need to be replaced). We never mentioned that to the property manager- we left them a note w that info. We were able to use a portable speaker we had and then it was fine. The house location was close to Sombrero beach and was in a nice, decent area. We went for several walks in the area in-between rain storms. We had extra amenities we didn’t expect to have such as dishwasher det., laundry det., salt and pepper and games. We enjoyed the house. We struggled w communicating with the property manager and host. They could have done that better. Overall- we would recommend the house! We had a very good time!

Nice property for our family. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Kids loved the pool, we caught lots of fish in the canal when we couldn’t take the boat out. There is enough room on property to park boat trailer but it is a bit tight trying to turn around in the street. Depending on tides it’s about 2.5 feet at low getting in and out of canal. Canal it self is wide and deep enough to turn around in without issues. We would definitely stay again.

Annual Family Vacation
This home was perfect for our family of 4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 pups! We absolutely loved the area out back. Semi private oasis with a pool, tiki bar, dock for our boat and jet skis and watching a football game in the screened in area. Home was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I did bring my own instant pot for some of our own meals but there was a crockpot there. If I had to make a suggestion I would say the other 2 bedrooms need TVs but that was not really an issue for us. We loved this home and will most likely look to rent it again next year.

Fantastic layout and exactly as shown
We had a fantastic stay. I’ve decided I need a cocktail poop just like this at home now! It’s like they carefully thought out every square inch of outdoor space. All houses are pretty close together in the keys but with this layout and the tropical landscaping, it felt very private. I spent the week floating and reading while my husband fished. I also loved the outdoor screened area for those tropical afternoon storms. Communication was great. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful time, beds were comfy and loved the pool. And right on the canal was nice. But could be cleaner, spray for bugs, it advertised paddle board and there wasn’t one and it desperately needs new couches.

Previous Reviews Inaccurate
Yearly we vacation in the Keys. After reading the reviews for the property we figured it was a winner. Upon arrival the house is very clean and organized. The down side is that not one piece of furniture is comfortable except the Master King bed and the Full/Twin in the 1st guest room. The other Queen size in the 2nd guest room is terribly sloped and a mattress topper was added I guess in hopes of making it better, not. The cushions on the sofabed fall in, because they are so old and you wind up sitting on the frame of the sofabed, it is dirty and the back is so upright you cannot get comfortable, same with the loveseat. The family room rug hasn't been cleaned for a while. The bar stools have cushions that look like they have good foam but then flatten to nothing. The dining room is fine. The sheets are not cotton so they are hot, the quilt covers were dirty. The master bathroom shower leaks, therefore there is mold/mildew at the bottom tiles. Both bathrooms have the small round toilet seats and the one in the Master rocks when you sit on it. There aren't any grab bars for someone who has had a hip replacement to feel secure. The curtain rods are falling out of the walls in the dining area, the paint has not even been touched up in years and wasn't even finished in a corner where they must have had a repair, there is a bulb missing in the kitchen and holes in the tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen probably for a repair, but have some love for a house and repair it so guests don't feel like they are living a in FIXER UPPER, which is exactly how we all felt. . At first glance you are like ok not so bad but after really living in it, we felt like we were ripped off. IN ADDITION THE POOL HAD FLOATING MOLD, which my 18yr and 16 yr old sons looked up because they were concerned about the floating "white stuff" while they were in it. They did respond quickly and send a pool person out to clean it, but the grossness of it all didn't make it inviting any longer. These are just a few issues and to some it might not seem like much but when you are spending money for something you think looks perfect from previous reviews you at least expect some comfort in the house. I have pictures of it all.

Great location
Overall, we had a great time at the property. The outdoor space and screened in area were our favorites. The kids loved the TV and lounging area area(screened in), while the adults liked the outdoor space. There was plenty of room for 8 people. In addition, the variety of outdoor equipment to use was fun-hammocks, loungers, chairs, pool, kayaks, fish cleaning station, and opportunity to be shaded or in the sun. We rented a boat- the canal and dock space were easily accessible.
