Koti Kuvaus: Nauti suuresta ja kauniista räätälöitystä ylellisestä kodistamme vedessä ja kävelyetäisyydellä rannasta Keysin keskustassa. Meillä on neljä makuuhuonetta, joista kahdessa king-size-vuode, toisessa vyöryvä sänky (2 erillistä vuodetta), toisessa kaksi queen-size-vuodetta. Siellä on yksi olohuone, yksi perhehuone, iso saarikeittiö (Viking Appliances) viereisellä ruokapöydällä, jossa on 8 tuolia ja 2 jakkaraa baaritason syömiseen. Se on erittäin suuri koti, jossa on marmorilattiat kaikkialla, takka, hissi, uima-allas ja poreallas.

Aluekuvaus: Uusi ylellinen koti sijaitsee kauniilla Sombreron rannalla. Ympäröivän alueen palveluihin kuuluu upea kalastus, melonta, purjehdus, vesihiihto, golf, tennis, polkupyörät, ostosmahdollisuudet ja runsaasti rantaravintolaa. Rantapalveluihin kuuluvat lentopallo, lasten leikkipaikka, grillausmahdollisuus, piknikpöydät ja viehättävät näkymät hiekkarannoille ja henkeäsalpaavat auringonlaskut. Lisäviihdettä varten Key West on mukavan rannikon ajomatkan päässä runsaasta yöelämästä, kuuluisa '7 Mile Bridge' on 2 mailia etelään tai uida delfiinien kanssa. Jos olet liikunnassa, on 4 mailin pyörä / juoksupolku vain muutaman askeleen päässä kotoa ja juoksumatto talossa. Superb Location and Property
Stayed with my wife, two young kids, and two extended family members. The property was beautiful and while close to the beach, quiet. We saw manatees in the canal, with one coming directly up to the dock. Unfortunately a rare cold snap occurred while visiting and only could use pool a couple days, though enjoyable and well-maintained for use. Highly recommend the property.

Wonderful and beautiful
Beautiful, spacious ,clean and close to Sombrero Reef. Beautiful pool, great dock space, tons of balconies. The beds are comfortable to. Good parking and an elevator that worked. House has a lot of stairs inside and outside. All spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Super nice.

The home was perfect especially for a large group of friends. Great location - easy boat access to the Atlantic, sombrero beach is across the street and close to Publix. The owner was very kind and responsive. He went out of his way to accommodate a post surgery need I had.

The home is beautiful and was just right for our family ages 15-80. Close to the beach, close to town (marathon) and off the main thorough fare so quiet and peaceful. Easy stroll to watch the sunset each night. Thank you and would certainly stay again if in the Keys.

Spring Break from Minnesota
Fantastic stay. The property is about 300 feet from Sombero Beach, but far enough down the site street that it's private. Beautiful outdoors and back yard, with a deck running the length of the main floor, and balconies in two of the upstairs berooms overlooking the back yard, pool and dock. Very clean, very well maintained - REALLY nice kitchen appliances. There was plenty of room and everything was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is about 2 miles off US-1 and houses are very well maintained and landscaped, but you're close enough to the highway that a Publix, Winn-Dixie, CVS, and other stores are less than 5 minutes away. We enjoyed walking out to dock every day. We rented kayaks and paddleboards and the kids (teens) enjoyed kayaking from the dock around to Sister Creek and Boot Key. The dock is 3-4 feet above the water line, the kids were nimble enough to climb down the ladder and sit into the kayak. Marathon Key is a great spot to be in the central Keys, everything is about an hour away in either direction. We went to Key West, visited the Turtle Hospital, went snorkeling, Bahai Honda state park, and lots of spots on Marathon. Owner Andy was super responsive, answering questions and ensuring a good experience. Great stay, definitely coming back!

we enjoyed our stay in Marathon at this property. it is a nice layout with plenty of room and is especially well located with a short one block walk to Sombrero Beach. the owner was very easy to communicate with and was very cooperative and attentive to requests. the home is starting to show some age, however, and could use a bit more maintenance and some updating at this price point.

This is a beautiful property in an ideal location. The property manager was available and responsive. The pool was perfect for the age group we had with us; the accessibility to the canal was a plus, especially when a manatee visited us, and the beach was close and beautiful. Our family had a wonderful time.

Diamond in Marathon
This property was well cared for, well furnished, well equipped and spacious. The pool area is a nice addition although I wish the hot tub had gotten hotter. Fantastic location a short walk to Sombrero Beach for fabulous sunsets. Love the coral decks and multistory East and West facing balconies. Well located near grocery stores and local activities such as manatee kayaking and the Sea Turtle Hospital. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Fantastic Property/Location
What an exceptional property! Everything you need is at the home. Three houses from Sombrero Beach. One of our favorite activities was having morning coffee on the back veranda overlooking the channel and watching the morning Iguanas coming out to sun themselves! When we contacted Andy for a couple of requests - he responded immediately. Hope to be back next year!

The property is very nice. We did have a problem with the kitchen freezer not freezing The property manager was very responsive to my texts on any issues. It would be nice to have a instruction sheet on hot tub operation. The hot water system for showers needs to be looked at as the shower will go from cold to hot with very little control

Birthday Trip
We stayed for 2 weeks for my wife’s 50th Birthday. Her parents, brother and 2 of our kids came as well. The house and location were perfect! Easy access to Sombrero Beach but far enough off the road to be quiet. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all and even caught some fish off the dock. Enjoyed the walking and bike path to Publix. We had a small issue with the refrigerator and contacted the owner. He responded within 5 minutes and fixed the issue. It was a perfect vacation and probably the nicest house we have stayed in! Very quiet and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Having the elevator was very helpful getting the luggage as well for my in laws. I would highly recommend this property for others.

Relaxing Family Time
Property worked out well for our needs as a family destination. 6 Adults and 4 Children enjoyed our time. Great location right near the beach which also had a playground. The pool at the house came in handy when we didn’t want to bring the kids and all the stuff to the beach. Would highly recommend, just know that there are lots of stairs so if you have little ones, you will need to keep an eye on them.
