When you come to the Keys, you come for the water – and this lovely home delivers with an unobstructed ocean view. The waterfront, covered balcony or hammock swings on the patio downstairs are the perfect perches for morning coffee or an evening cocktail while you take in the view of Sombrero Lighthouse and East Sister Rock.

Inside, you’ll find an updated space flooded with light, thanks to lots of picture windows. Stylish, beachy decor and light wood floors make the spacious open area a pleasure to gather in with the group. The chef will love the well-equipped, updated kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare a feast – or just a snack for the beach. Dine together at the table for six before heading out.

When it’s time to explore, you’re in a great area for fishing and kayaking. You’re conveniently located to shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as a boat ramp for easy access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. If you crave a day on the sand, Sombrero Beach is nearby.

After a day out, come home and relax in the central AC while you get comfy on the couch. Fire up the gas grill for a simple dinner, and enjoy the deck. Drift off to sleep in one of two comfortable bedrooms, but not before stepping back out to that balcony to toast your good luck at booking the perfect Keys escape.

There is a seven-day minimum stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: There are four cameras on the property. They are pointed towards the boat, car, dock, and front door on the property.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the home. This is a walking dock and can not accommodate a boat as it is very shallow water.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
