This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. Your reservation is through Island Breeze Vacations and not through Hawks Cay Resort, therefore, you do not have access to some amenities offered by Hawks Cay Resort (including all resort pools). It is your responsibility as a Island Breeze Vacations guest to determine what if any Hawks Cay Resort amenities are available to you. A daily resort fee for access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities is not offered by Hawks Cay Resort. Also, although there is a dock behind the home, this is unavailable to be used as boat dockage.
As a guest of this vacation rental, you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Sixty-One Prime, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets/must purchase prior to being inside the resort), Calm Waters Spa, Duck Key Marina, and fishing charters at the Marina).

A Bad Day in Paradise is Always Better Than a Good Day at Home!
I truly enjoyed my stay in this villa. It was super clean with comfortable beds and very roomy for me. 2 bathrooms but both upstairs, was a bit tough for this older lady but I managed. I loved the upstairs veranda and the charming patio area. Kitchen was very good; I cook a lot and it had all the basics. Laundry facilities worked well and are always a “must!” The dipping pool was “cold” in the spring but would be perfect for a summer visit. Loved having the balcony; the door stuck a lot but once out there, I enjoyed it. The realtor was quite responsive to a couple of issues I had and the concerns were attended to within less than a couple hours. I appreciate the concern the realtor demonstrated when US 1 was closed due to fires in the Glades. She worked on finding me alternate accommodations once my stay was nearly over. Truly appreciate that!!! Parking is a bit challenging as there is no space directly in front of the unit. But on my load-out day, I lucked out getting the prime spot in the shade next to the palm tree closest to the unit. Thank you for a special experience! I love these townhomes!!

Perfectly located
I loved being on Duck Key. It is ideally located in the Keys, where you can explore state parks, museums, aquariums, fish, shop, and dine. It is a nice one-hour day trip to Key West. The resort feels very safe for a lovely walk. The interior design is updated and fresh.

Our weekend getaway was great. Our friends own a Villa a couple of doors down, so the location was perfect. Only thing was I thought it had more of a water view, but didn’t mind too much since we were barely in the unit.

Great Little Escape
Traveled to meet family and picked this location to stay. Was beautifully decorated and cleaned when we arrived. Check-in was easy with a text at time of check-in providing entrance code and other pertinent info. Place was quiet and we appreciated the soaking tub. We usually stay near Sombrero or Key Colony beach so this was our first time on Duck Key Island. Since we like to travel back and forth between the Keys, we wished it was a little closer to Key West, but we would definitely stay here again.
