This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open waterfront home is located at the south end of Marathon. With this homes premier location, guests are especially delighted by the 5 minute walk to the Old 7 Mile Bridge. Guests also enjoy the 2 minutes walk to Sunset Grill and Raw Bar and their oceanside pool. Situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean with Gulf access in minutes. This home boasts the most spectacular open water views Marathon has to offer!


*This home is on direct open water and does not provide protection for your boat if it's windy. Your boat will be subject to the elements being docked here. Lift not available for use.

Beautiful spot
Loved the place. Location was great. Only thing that didn’t make sense was having to go the company that manages the property to pick up a folder that had instructions on the property ( that were in the house also) and the key code to get into the property. Not sure why they don’t just email the key code instead of having you go to the management property.

The place was beautiful, the views of the ocean were amazing. They have everything you could want or need there for you. We loved sitting on the deck and having coffee watching the sunrise. The only thing we were slightly surprised with is part of the checkout. You have to do the normal dishes, take out trash & leave things nice but then they want you to have the towels washed and then strip the beds and start the wash and they charge several hundred for a cleaning fee. We have never experienced having to do that & felt the cleaning fee was high for what we were expected to do compared to other rentals we have stayed in.
