The Florida Keys are collectively made up of a chain of more than 800 islands, so there are many worthwhile stops to make during a road trip down the chain of the Florida Keys. It takes about two and a half hours from mainland Florida to drive the whole entire chain of the Florida Keys, passing Key Largo, Marathon, and finally to Key West. The Keys themselves are broken into three categories: the Upper Keys, Middle Keys, and Lower Keys.
The heart of the Middle Keys is Marathon, this is where your Luxury Florida Keys Vacation Rental is located. Marathon is a family destination, where there is a focus on education in wildlife conservation everywhere you turn. Attractions such as The Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, and Aquarium Encounters will enchant you with information on our unique Keys habitats.

This is the perfect Florida Keys vacation rental house to accommodate the needs of everyone in your party. Sea Haven is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located within walking distance to the world-renowned Sombrero Beach.
1st level
The main level of this home features a gorgeous updated kitchen and a comfortable living room with tons of natural light and in incredible view of the canal. To the left of the kitchen is one of 3 bedrooms, including a queen sized bed and a recently updated full bathroom right across the hall. There is access to the wrap around balcony through the bedroom, perfect for watching the sunset!
2nd level
The second floor is equipt with 1 guest room featuring a queen bed and the master bedroom featuring a king bed and ensuite bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have direct access to the outside wrap around balconies.
Outside
Outside you will find an outdoor seating area, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the famous sunset. You will also find a sand volleyball court, cornhole, kayaks and clear canoes for your enjoyment.
Sea Haven has a very large private pool and your own private dock with room for up to a 35-foot boat. This home is ideally located for the vacationers who want to be at the beach on some days and then have their boat directly behind their home for a 10-15 minute drive out to open ocean. This home has a driveway that will fit several cars and your boat trailer.
Sea Haven has endless amenities for you to enjoy and is in a desirable neighborhood. Walk to Sombrero Beach or just a few minutes drive to shopping and dining.
Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night, this includes children & infants.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.
Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
Rentals are Sat-Sat during Peak and Holiday season

"Amazing property! Very quiet and good privacy. Excellent location if you bring your boat. The boat ramp is nearby and the property has plenty of space to park the boat trailer. Great water canal and easy access to the ocean and the bay. If you do not have a boat you can just walk down the street to the beautiful Sombrero Beach!"

"The 6 of us had an incredible time. Our place was minutes from Sombrero Beach. We took advantage of all the amenities... Three kayaks with easy access to canal, nice pool with an outdoor shower to wash off beach sand, corn hole, chess, great lowest level slab area for entertaining. Nice outdoor lighting. Three great rooms and a highlight was another washer and dryer on second floor. Every morning, I would have my coffee on the upper deck which looks to the west and shaded towards the canal. Highly recommend that you rent bikes for the entirety of your stay. They deliver to the house. Took two 8-10 mile rides to Pigeon Key (great 4 mile total pedestrian and bike bridge) and would ride up the street to Publix and a local bar that has billiards. Definitely check out the Turtle Hospital.. The first in the world. The kitchen is well used and has chopping block countertops but it was spacious and easy for us 6 to co-cook. Garbage is picked up 2-3 times per week."

"Our family came down from North Fl and stayed with another family in this home. The layout of the home made it feel as if we all had our own space and weren’t on top of each other. We had a blast swimming in the pool, fishing off of the dock, kayaking in the canal and walking to the beach to watch the amazing sunset. This house met ALL of our expectations and we will definitely stay again."

Perfect in every way. Whole family (adults, kids and dog) had a fantastic time. House was perfect, and so close to the beach. Loved being able to take the dog for walks to the beach. Our dog hated water and now is a beach bum. Kids had fun with pool, and fishing out back. Saw manatees off the dock everyday. Any issue we had was fixed immediately. Great experience, Definitely coming back next year.
