This home features a private heat optional pool, a comfortable back yard and is a short bike ride or walk to Sombrero Beach. The home has two Master suites with King-sized beds, and two additional bedrooms with bunk beds. Expertly decorated, this home is a fantastic option for a family vacation!

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

We were first time guests to the Marathon/FL Keys area and took the advice of a local resident on this location. The house offered a great floor plan to split with another family. The location to Publix was a huge + as we shopped daily for breakfast and lunch items. The home was equipped with games for the kids, quite a few kitchen items to prepare meals with, plenty of bedding, bath towels and beach towels. We did not need any assistance or maintenance during our stay however our communication with the host upon arrival and departure was very clear on what was expected of us. We would stay again in the future.

Great Location
Location was great, a little ride through canals to get to the big water, but not really an issue. The house is actually like a duplex and I was unaware of that when I rented.. but it was not a problem for us.
