You'll have access to a 50-foot private dock equipped with electric power and lights for fishing or launching boats, kayaks, or paddleboards. Situated right along Sister Creek, you'll have easy access to the ocean and you'll be just a few minutes' cruise from Boot Key harbor. A private balcony furnished with a gas grill and chairs offers a breezy perch for sipping coffee or grilling out, while the shaded patio area beneath the home sets the stage for happy hour entertainment with features including a Ping-Pong table, a picnic bench, and bait freezer. Enjoy deluxe amenities throughout your rental and beach access through your Cabana Club membership, as well as access to a pool and bar area.

Natural coral wall accents in the entryway perfectly complement the home's environment, while cool-to-the-touch saltillo tile floors add a dose of Spanish style. Comfortable House
The house had plenty of room for 2 couples and we enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, appliances, utensils, etc. However, we were disappointed with the Cabana Club which was a deciding factor in choosing this property. Without much explanation and going by the pictures in the property description, we assumed it was in the neighborhood and within walking distance. It is 2 miles down Hwy. 1 which doesn't sound far, but it takes 10 to 12 minutes to get there by car. Perhaps a better description is needed.

Great Rental
This home is perfectly located as a central place in the Keys. We made day trips to several places, including Key West. The home is very clean, well stocked, quiet, and within walking distance of Sombrero Beach. It is a very short drive to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

Very convenient location. The house was a little musty. There was some mold in the bedroom around the air vent. I cleaned this off with some bleach spray. Suggestion, open the house up to fresh air and turn the air conditioning down before visitors arrive. Have air conditioning check for mildew..
