This duplex is located in the urbanization Las Arenas within the complex of Bahia de Marbella, and has direct access to the beach. From the apartment, you can take long walks along the beach through luxurious villas and multiple restaurants.

This duplex has been recently renovated giving it a contemporary and cozy touch, it has an area of ​​165 m² divided into two floors. The star part of the property are two 80m² terraces with sea views. the main one located in the main silver offers a part dining room, outdoor lounge and solarium with two sun loungers. The terrace is equipped with fans and the apartment has air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and wide range of small appliances.

Nice place
2 couples had a great stay. We moved into this place from another smaller rental because the weather was bad and we needed more indoor space. We still used the large patio because much of it was covered. The place is as advertised and very nice. The only down side is you cannot really walk to any restaurant or populated boardwalk. However, the beach is great and if you are cooking at home there is a walkable grocery store. We would book he again!

Great location and space
Ver clean unit with everything we needed. The location within walking distance and the parking spot made it very convenient for our family. The only thing we noticed was a sewage like smell that would waft in from the outside and sometimes from the bathroom upstairs. It was hard to tell why as it wasn’t consistent but it was noticeable. Maybe it was with the tide? Outside of that occasional smell the unit delivered on the expectation.

Great Apartment
We had great time in Marbella and the apartment we stayed was clean and modern. Especially having a big table on the terrace as well as inside when it is a hot day. We had 40C day, but was able to stay inside with air conditioning. Kids had wonderful time at the swimming pool. Both Arrate, the owner and Javier, the coordinator were wonderful and very very helpful. Thank you both!!

Beautiful modern, sophisticated condo in fabulous location and exceptional service!
We had an absolutely incredible stay at this condo in Marbella! The three bedrooms were amazing, with super comfortable beds and blackout blinds for restful nights. The condo was impeccably clean, spacious and modern in design. It felt like a home away from home! The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need and luxury appliances. The 3 terraces were beautiful and perfect for relaxing in the glorious weather. The big terrace had very comfortable couches and gorgeous views of the pool. Arratexu, the owner, provided exceptional service and was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Her prompt responses made planning easy. Javier was also amazing and met us at the condo when we arrived which was very helpful. Both Arratexu and Javier were available to answer all our questions during our stay and recommended amazing restaurants and things to do! The location was ideal, a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach which we swam in daily. We loved this beach over the beaches in downtown Marbella (which were super crowded). It was awesome we could walk into downtown Marbella along the board walk. We really enjoyed the 3 cafes/bars that were within a 10-15 min walk from the condo on the beach. The location was also perfect for exploring many towns (with a car) including Gilbraltor, Malaga, Ronda and Mijas. This condo and vacation exceeded our expectations and left us with amazing lifelong family memories. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect stay
This was our first return to Marbella in almost two decades. The property and location were perfect for our family. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches to the condo and the location to the beach and access to the highway to Marbella and other areas was ideal. We enjoyed the large balcony and the full kitchen and clothes washing equipment.

The house was perfect. Had everything we needed. Arrate uncle (Mr. Javier) was waiting for us although we arrived early Sunday Morning. They are both very helpful. The house was very clean, The terrace is amazing. It's a safe place with security. The beach is literally 3 min walk (go right). A car is a must. But again, the house is very well situated and nothing is too far. The pool is big enough. The whole compound is very clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure returning home after a long day out. A true home away from home. Highly recommended. Thank you Arrate and Javier!

Perfect stay!
The apartment was a wow-factor! Very spacious, modern, cosy and clean. I think this must be one of the best apartments to this price. The area (Bahia de Marbella) is also a safe place with fences and a guard. We felt very safe. The pool is right outside and it’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Both Arrate and her uncle Javier is very service minded. We met Javier in the apartment at 2am to get the keys, and he was just the sweetest man. ❤️ I can really recommend this place.
