Our apartment is set in a unique and beautiful development with gorgeous gardens, pools and more. The apartment itself is really quite lovely with stunning views, especially from the balcony. It's centrally situated in Elviria within walking distance of many shops, banks and 15 restaurants, etc. All your amenities are at your doorstep and a 15 minute walk to the beach or a larger commercial centre.

Please note that there are currently construction works occuring in the foyer of the building and as a result, the entry of the building is a workzone and the apartment will be noisy during work hours, probably until early December 2018. If you are looking in 2019 this won't affect you at all.

The apartment has a light filled kitchen with everything you need to make a beautiful meal to enjoy on the lovely relaxing balcony, a comfortable lounge with great views and satellite TV, luxury finishings, marble floors, induction, fireplace... and stylish decor. Your bedroom has a lovely balcony, built ins and drawers so you can settle in nicely and the bathroom has a shower over the bath so you can choose your pleasure.

It is a one bedroom apartment and we have an inflatable single mattress available for an adult and or one child that can fit in the bedroom, but obviously in a tighter space. There is an extra price of 9 euros more night for the third and fourth people who stay.

The complex has a restaurant inside, large swimming pools (one of them with heated water for winter and two perfect for the kids), barbecue zones, meeting rooms, internet WIFI free, very beautiful gardens, tennis courts and all you need to enjoy your holidays. Free parking is available on the street (as the gardens themselves are pedestrian only).

A beautiful seemingly endless GOLDEN BEACH can be reached on foot within 15 minutes- a wonderful situation for the golfer, tourer or the sun lover. The beach has stunning views to the mountains, wonderful cafes and bars on the sand and spectacular sunsets.

The lively port of Puerto Banús (for clubs, restaurants and people watching) is 15 minutes by car as is the El Corte Inglés store which we call Spain's Harrods. Its a 10 minute drive by car to Marbella historic centre and buses can also take you there.

Please note that the large pool may not open in 2021, but the medium pool is open year round.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Malaga Province Beaches. Features include a water park. A kitchen and a fireplace are available in the apartment.

We had a lovely stay , apartment is very comfortable and clean , aircon works really well , security is great . Pool and grounds are lovely spotlessly clean , loads of sun-beds and shades around pool . Bar not to expensive and staff friendly. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants( 10-15mins walk ) nice beach 20 mins walk away . Our host was very helpful and gave lots of information. Thanks so much for a lovely stay x

It is a lovely apartment just seen on the pictured, very nice compound with seimming pools.

Flott leilighet i trygt kompleks med basseng og restaurant. Gåavstand til strand, butikker og restaurant. Flott kommunikasjon med eier i forkant og underveis. Ideelt med barn da eier ordnet barnestol og lot oss benytte leker som var i leiligheten. Anbefaler at man har tilgang på bil.
