The villa is accessed via private driveway, and from there into an impressive entrance hall which leads to the right into the first of three dining areas, adjoining the kitchen, which is split into a preparation and storage room and a superbly equipped cooking space. Heading back through the ground floor, guests will find a cosy billiards room with an open fireplace, and enormous open-plan living and dining room with seating for 12 and a TV featuring all the international channels. On the same floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a WC for daytime use, and an office with open views of the terrace and upper garden area.

The outdoor zones are surely the best feature of this amazing villa. There’s a terrace with sofas and dining area, opening onto beautifully manicured lawn surrounded by brightly coloured flowers and shrubs. This is an ideal area for sunbathing or playing garden games.

Down some steps under a canopy of ivy is the heated pool area with sunbeds for 12, partly shaded by tall trees and a wall with a water feature. It really is a perfect Mediterranean retreat and many hours enjoyment will be had, especially by the kids!

The master bedroom on the top floor is incredible – with it’s own lounge and open fireplace, a super king sized bed, walk in wardrobes, a his and hers bathroom and a terrace with panoramic views down to the sea. Then, on the lower floor are two twin bedrooms, as well as a standalone apartment with a twin room, kitchenette and double sofa-bed.

Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property.

One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
