Imagine being out under the stars immersed with nature on over 6 acres swimming in the lake, making a fire, hot tubbing, fishing, kayaking, grilling out, listening to your favorite song.... with your favorite couple, best friends, or even mother-daughter trip.

This is a one of a kind bucket list experience that you won't forget. It's so rare to find such a peaceful place where you can truly get-away and hear the sounds of nature and relax .

The rental features two separate 400 sq. ft air conditioned/heated tents each with room an impressive king-size bed, a one of a kind covered/partially open outside bathroom and shower w/curtains, and two intimate/private hot tubs.

Bathrooms, bed rooms, and hot tubs are all private and connected to one tent.

The inside kitchenette area has all the necessities glampers need to create some simple yet delicious grilled meals, and they can be enjoyed at the bar table in the tent. (i.e. microwave/mini refrigerator with freezer, Keurig coffee maker/creamer pods, and propane grill.)

On a cool night, this property is the ideal spot for you and. your best freinds/favorite couple to enjoy a glass of wine and share a fire pit while star gazing or go hang out in your private hot tub. Trust me, it's very romantic to be out in nature with such a quietness and sounds of the night.

We offer two complementary shared single kayaks to use or take a swim in the lake, prop a beach chair up on the nearby sand bar, or go fishing. Also, if you enjoy hiking we have access to the over 100-acre hiking/biking/horse trails at the next door national park.

Pet Friendly: Unlike many places, we love dogs! $50.00 total pet fee per tent for small to medium breed dogs and for up to two dogs per tent. Large dogs subject to approval so please let host know if you plan to bring a dog. Your dog must be people and dog friendly.

Note: Both tents are very strategically positioned several hundred yards from each other to offer privacy while having direct views of the lake from either patio.

You have access to 6 acres and the lake is directly in front of your tents down a small hill/walkway. Please do not walk beside the other tents ope bathroom when possible.

We are located 10 miles from the city limits of Marble Falls, where you can enjoy access to multiple restaurants, HEB within 10-minutes, and a very cute quaint downtown with shopping.

We are 25 min from Lago Vista, 40-minutes from Cedar Park, and about 1:10 min from downtown Austin.

The closest landmark is the Smithwick Market located literally next door to our private gated entrance.
