Spinnaker 524 (Locally Managed Rental)

ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK.
This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Spectacular view from the 3rd floor balcony of this 4 Bedroom 4 Bath home around the corner from entrance to Tigertail Beach. Garage is air conditioned with plenty of games. On the second floor is the main floor with all the bedrooms. Master Bedroom has a King bed and handicap accessible shower. Two other guest bedrooms have a King bed and their own bathrooms. The last guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. All the bathrooms have grab bars in the showers and next to the toilets. On the third floor there is a big Living Room with a huge television and Air Bed. There is a full bathroom on this floor also.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. If the house has a Spa; the Pool and Spa are not heated at the same time. If you use the Spa the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

This is a great property by Tigertail beach
We spent a week here at the beginning of June, and even though it rain most of the time, this property offered everything we needed to make our time very enjoyable. Thank you to all who made this property available for our unforgettable vacation. Blessings.

Nice house but needs some maintenance
This house is nice and the location great but the pictures on the vrbo site were taken years ago. The house needs basic maintenance and, among a lot of stupid little things, we encountered a couple serious problems that are hopefully being addressed. While the property rental company was very responsive, the owner needs to invest some time and money in this house. Doubtful that we would rent this house again.

Great house a bit of a walk to the beach!
This house was awesome! Had everything we needed. It is a bit of a walk to the beach though unless you walk through the lagoon. But once you are on the beach it was well worth it. Not crowded at all like down by the condo and hotel strip. I would highly recommend this house especially if you have teenagers looking for sone things to do in the house.

WOW! Perfect retreat!
What an amazing home! We stayed with several members of our family. My dad has hip issues so the handicap railings, elevator, and access for the hot tub were simple elements of the home that materially improved his stay! The kitchen is fully equipped (cabinets are kind of clunky, but functional) and had everything we needed for a full week stay cooking all of our meals from scratch, grill tools are provided and was great for cooking big meals for everyone. There was no food (condiments) in the home but there was a limited selection of spices included. There were limited garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soap there. The Game Room - I think my 4 year old (husband, and dad) were in heaven! Just a nice place that our kids could have fun carrying on. Bedrooms - All were exceptional. Beds very comfortable, sheets and bedding were great quality and in great shape - even extra comforters available in bags in the closets. Upstairs loft - with littles going to bed early - it was a perfect place for the adults to sneak away to in the evening to hang out. Plus for sunset happy hour every evening on the porch to enjoy an absolutely beautiful sunset. The fire was a great addition on the chilly nights to enjoy sitting around with a glass of wine. It has a sleeper sofa and full bathroom + closet so you could easily use it as another bedroom as well. Extra Stuff - well the garage is packed with goodies. There were a ton of bikes (and bike pumps and often forgotten accessory in many rentals), a stroller, a beach cart, wave boards, kids kayak, tons and tons of beach chairs, a cooler, a bunch of beach umbrellas... Pool - Highlight of the trip! The heater kept the pool warm enough that even the littles could swim without being chilled in the water, flipped to hot tub mode it made the hot tub warm enough to enjoy as a hot tub but not too hot. Pool was big enough we had everyone in the pool with floats and toys and had plenty of room. The furniture on the pool deck was super comfy too. Logistics - Rental company was amazing to deal with. Emailed ahead of trip for questions, they proactively provided emails with details needed ahead of and during our trip for checkout. And key pick up and drop off is less than 5 min away from the home and really easy. We ended up needing a new propane tank and the responsiveness to email was within the hour! Always reassuring when the company is so on top of meeting any needs or questions that come up!

Great place, great location, great amenities
Enjoyed a great week in January at this place. While a little cooler the heated pool was great so could enjoy the pool and hot tub. The house was as advertised and exceeded expectations. Playing pool and watching the sunset from the upper level was great, a few bike rides around the area to take in the sights and a short walk to the beach, could not ask for anything more. Thanks!

Wow! Those were the first words of both the adults and the children! The owners left no detail out when making this the perfect beach home. Everything we needed to be comfortable in the home and at the beach! I often fear if the quality (mattresses, sheets, towels, etc.) would make for a comfortable extended stay, but the owner did not disappoint! Will return if we visit the area again.
