Kun tarvitset tauon auringosta, suunnaudu sisäpuolelle, jossa voit rentoutua sohvalla ja katsella elokuvaa televisiosta, surffata verkossa ilmaisella langattomalla verkolla tai kiinnittää kylmää juomaa aamiaisbaariin. Kun olet nälkäinen, löydät keittiöstä modernit laitteet ja keittiövälineet sekä neljän hengen ruokapöydän, jolla voit jakaa ateriasi rakastamasi kanssa.

AC was at 83 degrees when first when in (4pm), thermostat was been handle by the owner of the property, we called and by 8 pm they lower it. Cooking pans were found dirty stored away, house was not very clean.

Perfect little getaway
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. My husband and I brought our two boys (5 and 7) for spring break and the house was perfect. When we arrived the house was thoroughly cleaned and the little details that came with our stay made it a 5/5 (charging cords, labeled switches, indoor/outdoor party lights, outdoor tv, lots of different places to sit, the list goes on and on). On top of it… the house was in a great location! So much to walk to. I would strongly suggest to anyone with a family of 6 or less.

Disappointed in lack of communication for heated pool
House was great. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Laundry was convenient. Kitchen did not have much in terms of supplies. There was no gas in the outdoor grill. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty, suspect, whoever load of them did not check them. We were mostly disappointed that the pool was not heated upon arrival. No one gave us the option to heat the pool. We would’ve paid to heat the pool but by the time we discovered how to go about it, they told us that the pool probably would not heat up until the day we left. My wife was massively disappointed in the pool situation. The pool was very nice but it was ice cold. Again I would’ve gladly paid to heat the pool but no sense heating the pool if it’s not warm until you leave.

I have rented multiple times through VRBO and always had great experiences. Somehow this got handed off yo Vacasa? There was no pool heat and no emphasis on that as an option at the time of booking which I recall with other rentals. When I attempted to call and ask for it I was told I had to request it 48 hours ahead. That’s ridiculous. I believe that is due to not having any local property people. I tried calling the number in the binder and the voicemail was full. House has a great layout but desperately needs an update. From paint to televisions s-everything was outdated. Won’t rent again and I will absolutely not get knowingly looped into Vacasa-all the online reviews are accurate.

Very nice property. Management could be better
The house and property themselves were very nice and as advertised. The only negative was on the management end. We had requested and paid for pool heat. That never happened (our money as refunded). Communication with the management company was difficult. Although the house was clean, there was a roll away bed and other items left on the front stoop from prior occupants. It was never removed the entire week we were there. All in all, it was a nice place. It would benefit from a more attentive local property manager.

The house was spectacular. Everything was set up perfectly. Property is minutes away from anything and everything (beach, shopping, restaurants). House was spotless and all necessities in the unit. Would definitely rent property again.

Cleanliness, location, pool were all wonderful! We are hoping to return again as we loved our stay at this home in Marco. We rode bikes to stores, old towne and beaches and feel in love with the area. Thanks for a great and comfortable stay.

This place was beautiful, close to everything, quiet, private and had everything you need. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable and it is really a GREAT rental. It’s a “no fear” rental. You will like it...!

10 minutes from everything!
We very much enjoyed this house. Had plenty of towels for bathing and beach. Large kitchen, tv’s in every room. Large capacity washer for laundry. A little disappointed that one of the lounge chairs by the pool was torn and couldn’t be used. Surely that was just an oversight. We booked fishing with the Native Guided fishing for a couple of mornings. Only 15 minute drive to Goodland. Cooked our catch for a late lunch. Would stay again if in the area.

Good location
Nice house on street with lots of renovations going on at 7 am on Saturday morning. Outside pool area is very nice and the dock is lovely to relax and watch the sunset. Great bathrooms. Bring your own soap. Nice kitchen with table and barstools for sitting. All and all it works well for two couples or a family with kids
