"Check in was now very good, because i am hotels.com gold member and i askes free room upgrade (there was mention on hotels.com, that if there is possibility to upgrade my room to next level, they will upgrade it), and reseption boy said us that we dont need upgrade because our room is good enough. And also he did not give us 11e voucher to restaurat/bar per reservation. Next day i go to reception ask that voucher again, and there was nice lady how gave it to us. Thank you for the lady, she was very good at her job."

"This is a reasonably priced hotel right next to a U-bahn station, very easy location close to the city center. My bed was comfortable, AC worked fine, TV had also other than German-speaking channels and the room was spacious with one exception: the shower cabin is very small and the "operating handle" of the shower is assembled in such a way that it's almost impossible not to bump into it with unwanted results in water temperature and/or pressure. The shower's thermostat is also of the worst (or nonexistent) kind, it goes all the time from hot to cold and back, never stopping. One more flaw: the wifi, at least on the 7th floor, is unreliable and slow. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone on a business trip, unless this is fixed. Otherwise the hotel is quite ok and I might consider it again for a short stay."
