The location is ideal, only 41 miles from the gate of Yosemite, 11 miles from Lake McClure, 19 miles from Splash and Dash, and just 15 minutes from historic downtown Mariposa.

This home is ADA-friendly and includes a powered lift recliner chair with heat, massage, and a cup holder; an ADA-compliant bathroom with a roll-in shower and a shower chair with handles; an adjustable queen bed frame; an adjustable split king bed with a massager; a commode; and a Genesis lift.
