Amazing location and building. And very very well kept. Staff service was awful though. Many simply seemed not to care, clearly and embarrassingly didn’t like their managers, no one manning the bar after 10.45pm, got orders wrong, room service breakfast order completely muddled up and I was then overcharged at the end of it all!
