A true 5-star experience, with extremely hospitable and polite staff. Abdelhaq went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. They also offer cooking classes and spa which are incredible, and the restaurants are top quality.

Service exceeded my expectations. However it was hard to locate as you cant drive to front entrance. You have to walk through the souk with your luggage and its in back like alley. HOWEVER , i had the most amazing hammam & facial. The evening entertainment was great ! Was able to get pool side dining . The views were great.

This is a charming little Riad. Excellent staff and very cool hotel. Jazz in the evening and a great rooftop restaurant. Close to the marketplace and walking distance to most places. Will definitely be there again

The staff was wonderful totally made you feel like family, everyone was willing to answer any questions about the area or things to do.The entertainment at Arabe was excellent. A little noisy at times for me as a light sleeper and beds could be upgraded for more comfort. Despite the noise and bed comfort. I would stay here again because the people & food were so wonderful!

On arrival to Riad Monceau check in was seamless. We were provided with mint tea and snacks and then taken to Room Pacha the room we would be staying in for the next few days. Hospitality was amazing across the board and the Hamman at the on site Spa was wonderful.

For this being my first time in Morocco, I was extremely pleased with everybody at the hotel. It was extremely hospitable.
