This hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the onsite food was incredible. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will absolutely be back!

This Riad is trully amazing, beautiful, authentic and very well managed with all amazing staff member making everything possible to please you and help you during your stay, very very clean also. Its 5min walk to the souk and busy streets where you can found anything and everything. Food at the riad is very good , service excellent Massage and hammam all good ,very professional. Loved every second there .our stay was magical.

A beautiful and relaxing little oasis in the heart of the old city. We were warmly greeted by the staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable. The small hotel and 15 rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We dined at the hotel a few times and the food was excellent. My wife enjoyed the tajine cooking class that was offered. Service was impeccable. Definitely a memorable experience.

Very friendly and accommodating management and staff (Christoph/Younes/Abdur Raheem/Mustafa and others). Staff made breakfast arrangements for us for the days we had to leave the hotel before breakfast started. Christoph made arrangements for our room to be upgraded after we experienced an issue with one of our rooms. Staff always at hand to help with a smile for assistance with non hotel issues.

The Riad Andalla Spa was an incredible experience! The service here was top quality and the staff goes OVER AND BEYOND for the guests. I felt safe, attended to, and welcomed like a family member. The place is immaculate, and they’re always cleaning. The interior design is absolutely beautiful. I loved my room and it was an oasis in the middle of bustling Medina. Thank you to the whole staff, it made my first trip to Marrakech unforgettable.

My room at Riad Andalla was super clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind, though their English level was not as high as French. The included breakfast was awesome, though it all just comes out in waves without warning. It would have been nice to have been given a menu (or even be told verbally) what was going to be served that morning. The tours and experiences through the hotel were definitely more expensive than ones you can find online or around Marrakech, including the hammam experience. The city tour guide we got through the hotel was nice but it did feel a bit scammy, as he took us to a bunch of shops around the medina where we were all hustled very heavily (and where I'm sure he got a cut of the sales). Still, great location, very private but still close to the heart of the medina. Overall a great experience but might choose somwhere else for a better value stay next time.

The staff is EXCELLENT and wildly attentive. They helped us book drivers for tours and excursions and were very helpful any time we had questions. They went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. This is located right near the market, so you don't need to book cars for that. However, we had to walk to almost every car we booked for excursions

Very adequate air conditioning came in handy in 104 degree weather. A sort of wading pool in the lobby was a welcome cooling off spot. For some reason cabbies couldn't pinpoint the location. But they called the hotel and it sent a man to a nearby juncture where they met me and walked me in. (Traveler tip: Always keep name, address and telno of your hotel on your person for just these events). Hotel entrance could stand better signage and lighting. Very easy to miss at day or night.

If you’re planning on going marrakech. Stay at riad andalla spa, i promise you it’s worth it. They made me feel comfortable from the very moment i walked in. Every person at the riad was so welcoming and would do anything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. When i next go back to marrakech. There is only one place i will stay.

We stayed at the Riad Andalla Spa for the duration of our trip and have no regrets. The property itself is beautiful and clean and the staff who work here are so helpful and kind. They made my cousins and I (2 females) feel super safe and taken care of. They offered transportation to and from the train station and airport as well as took their time to explain what to visit in Marrakesh. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the food at the Riad was exceptional. The Riad is also located super close to the main square, about a 5-10 minute walk. I highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh. Thank you Riad Andalla Spa for a great stay!!

I really do not have enough words how impressed we are with this place. Starting from the staff Abdulla, Moustafa, Christopher(the GM)…just to name a few, they were excellent. The whole staff member was gracious and friendly. The place is super clean and quiet and above all the safest. They made us feel like one of their family members throughout our stay. If we have to go back to Marrakech, we will definitely will stay at Riad Andallaspa again.
