Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. Room was very good apart from the mugs for coffee both of which were dirty and very obviously used fairly recently as the tray they were on was wet and stained. Staff did after being made aware supplied clean ones. Overall would recommend. Breakfast was continental but plenty of choices, very good.

Hotel ubicado cerca de la terminal de tren, a un costado el barrio de comercio árabe- musulmán, se puede llegar a pie al puerto o tomar el bus. Ocupamos la habitación con dos camas y el espacio era suficiente al igual que el baño (solo encuentras jabón y papel sanitario) El desayuno era café , variedad de pan, jamón, yogurt, naranjas. Buena atención del personal. Experiencia confortable.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, answered all our questions and helped with our inquiries. The location is walkable to the St. Charles station which can take you anywhere by train or subway.

No value for my money
For the price I paid I should have got more value for the money. The bathroom is extremely small. The bath towels were thin like sheets, did not absorb the water. The breakfast was so low in quality, a real insult. To be a 3 star hotel the standard should be higher.

Modern, clean hotel that has cleverly designed bedrooms although the bathroom is small & soundproofing could be better. Easy 5 minute walk to the train & bus station & still close enough for 10 to 15 minute downhill walk to the old port. Surrounding area isn’t the best which might be off putting to some people especially at night. Overall a good value hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
