Always happy to stay here!
I can’t say enough how much I love this chain! The design is so functional, with a shelf above the counter in the bathroom, gorgeous showers including a small footrest for shaving, USB-A and C built into the bedside outlet, and USB-A in the alarm clock. There are hooks at the entrance for hanging, so much better than hangers. All staff are super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, I wished there were a few more options (need bacon!) and yogurt flavours. There is complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate always available and they have a little shop around the front desk with tons of options for snacks and toiletries. The main level is bright and inviting, and there are board games, a pool table, and magazines available and I’m told the staff will play with guests :) There is lots of comfortable seating and tables, and many seats have outlets built into them. There is a board with recommendations of things to do in the area. The whole space was super clean, my only little complaint was the room floor, when I got out of the shower and stepped onto the tile it was clear they could use some extra TLC as the water from my feet was immediately dirty. The shower drain is also super loud. The bathroom products are heavily scented, so just be aware if you have sensitivities. I like it, but would prefer unscented lotion. Overall it was an amazing stay in line with my previous experiences with this chain and I highly recommend!

Good price. Great shower with safty bar and easy and quick temp access. Very noisy, either due to thin walls or guests not aquinted with hotel etiquette. Like a teenage hangout.

Great stay! Tru was extremely clean, close to many restaurants and shopping (some within walking distance). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Most importantly for us was how quiet it was. It was a short distance from the highway but the room was extremely quiet. Will definitely stay again
