The location was perfect for our needs. The unit was clean and looked like it was refurbished recently, the only reason I gave cleanliness a fair was due to the entrance to the building .. it was filthy. Housekeeping or maintenance should take a broom and sweep all around the doorway. Our deck was pretty dirty as well. But inside was clean. My other issue was with towels .. they were horrible (thin and small) What they leave for pool towels are deplorable. No way would that dry you or warm you up. Also, I wish these resorts would get keurig coffee makers .. I don't know many people who use ground coffee (and they don't provide any .. you have to purchase).

The cable on the TV in the living room didn’t work, and maintenance left me a note that the cable company would come one day after my departure. The carpets were dirty, old, and brown. I wouldn’t take off my socks in that suite. The fabric on the furniture was almost as dirty as the carpet. If I had to spend time in the room I would have had to buy sandals or flip flops. Bath towels thin and small.

Check in was easy and we got to check in at 3:30pm. Our room was large, kitchen, LR, 2 baths, BR and deck. It was very quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. No coffee is available in the room, or shampoo/conditioner. Only gripe was before leaving we got calls in the room and on our cell to get out. Check out is 10am...most are 11am. The resort was pretty much empty so it wasn't like they needed the room asap. I've never had this happen and didn't appreciate the calls.

Sea Mist Resort is a great resort, we love it and go there every year. The suits are very comfortable, feels like home away from home. Also, so many activities you can do right on premises - pool, mini-golf, tennis or pickle ball. The Rocher Brothers supermarket is in the walking distance and Mashpee Commons is very close as well. South Cape Beach is 10 minutes away and I love it!

Wondeeful couples retreat
