Titolare gentile, sempre sorridente, affabile. La struttura è fuori Matera, ma in centro ci si arriva o con il bus o comunque in pochi minuti di auto. La struttura è "zero" nel senso che è quasi completamente ecosostenibile, fatta con materiali di recupero sapientemente riadattati per dare confort e quel tocco di autenticità che fa solo bene. la nostra stanza era al pianterreno, ampia, confortevole, il bagno ampio, con doccia grande, servizio di cortesia, asciugamani ecc... La colazione non è quella di un hotel, ma che questa struttura sia diversa dalle altre si era già capito: brioches portate direttamente dal forno, latte, the, frutta, caffè, pane, marmellate... tutto molto intimo e dall'aria di casa!

Struttura nuova che necessita di essere ancora completata in alcuni piccoli particolari. Soluzioni di arredo intelligenti e simpatiche. Bella vista a 3 km dal centro di Matera. Personale discreto ma disponibile.
