The facility was clean. The morning and dinner buffets were good. Outdoor onsen had two pools with different temperature settings. Hotel is located close to the main attractions at Matsushima. Good value.

料理内容が非常に宜しくない。 種類はあそこまで豊富でなくて良いから、品数を搾って品質を上げたほうがよいと思う。 食事していて、他の宿泊客も美味しいという言葉は１言も聞こえなかった。 子供の頃の給食のような味で、それはそれで良い人はいるかもしれないが一人当たり30000円近い価格の宿泊費の食事品質とは思えなかった。 廊下や、部屋にも隅々にホコリやチリがたくさんあり衛生的とは感じなかった。 ロケーションは非常に良い場所なので、非常に勿体ない。 全国に誇る松島なので、頑張ってほしいと思いました。

お風呂最高です。 広いし、景色が綺麗。 私が入った時間帯は誰も居なくて貸切状態（18時頃）。 朝晩のバイキングも品揃えが豊富で美味しく頂きました。

安くて楽しめます。
温泉と食事を楽しませた頂きました。 建物が古いのは仕方ないと思いますが、部屋のにおい、特に入り口近くのトイレ臭は改善をお勧めします。
