Tämä kauniisti moderni 2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa kolmen kerroksinen rakennus kadun toisella Maxwell Beach, Christ Church. Condo on täysin kalustettu ja varustettu kaikki keittiökoneet, kuten jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, liesi, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin ja leivänpaahdin. Perfect location!
Our stay was everything we needed it to be. Katie, the property manager went above and beyond - we couldn’t have asked for more from her. The property had everything we needed - so lovely to have kitchen and bathroom basics provided. The location was spot on - easy travelling island wide. And the pool was the perfect place to refresh! Our flight was delayed, and they were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our checkout a bit later to ease our stress. 2A Vervan Condos Pene's Place
We stayed here from March 1/2020 to March 22nd. This location has easy access to the beach, the pool is a definite asset , but the poolside furniture is not sufficient for the number of people staying in the condos, and the pool furniture is in bad repair. The only thing negative about the condo itself is that the screens need replacing, lots of mosquitos in March and the beach chairs need replacing, they are to small for adults. Patrick is a real pro and is always very helpful, as is Natalie the owner. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Nice stay on Maxwell coast
In the apartment close to Maxwell coast we found a quiet spot and a good base for our daily trips to the southern and eastern beaches and other attractions on Barbados. The apartment is nicely furnished and maintained, the location is quiet and secure. Patrick, the house manager, welcomed us on arrival. He was friendly and helpful with all our questions conc. apartment. There are some interesting and useful places in the neighborhood – Oistins with grilled fish for the dinner, Massy (supermarket) and beaches, of course. Our favorite were Dover Beach, wild Bottom Bay and Crane Beach. But to see all these places you need a rental car… Jiri & Petr

Great experience, location, and value.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pene's. The unit is well appointed and suited for couples or families. Natalie has provided deck chairs for the beach, noodles for the pool, and assorted toys and beach pails for children.The proximity to the pool enables parents to enjoy the unit's patio while maintaining a constant watch on their children. Beach access is just across the street or through Maxwell Coast park. There is public access to the gap sea side at the end of Maxwell Coast beach by theTurtle Beach/Dover Beach hotels.It negates the need to walk around the Sandals Resort compound which adds considerable distance otherwise. We were disappointed the complex did not have a BBQ as we had brought much of our meat from Canada. It did not however dampen our experience as the gas oven/stove sufficed albeit adding heat inside the unit. Overall an Outstanding experience. Natalie was very gracious, attentive, expedient, and a very understanding host. All our correspondence with her was positive and informative. This holds true as well for Patrick her on-site Manager, and Rosalyn our maid. We did accidentally break a Vase during our stay. Natalie was very understanding and offered us the option of paying for its replacement or purchasing one. We opted to purchase one locally. She refunded our security deposit even before we had replaced the item! And there it is. The people of Barbados make every hour a Happy Hour!

Lovely apartment in a great area
We really enjoyed staying at Pene's Place. The apartment has everything you could need. Natalie was lovely and Patrick really helped us out when our flight home was cancelled! The beach is really close, although it takes a little bit of time to find the best way to reach it (eat a yummy pizza at the place opposite and ask there :-)) Easy to get buses up and down the coast to wherever you need to get to. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return! Thanks Natalie!

Great spot to stay!
Great sized condo in a quiet area but very close to the beach and nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Two good sized bedrooms with two bathrooms and large, well equipped kitchen. Natalie and Patrick were great hosts and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location in quiet area, clean and well equipped
First as hosts and staff go Natalie and Patrick were brilliant! Was welcomed by Natalie and shown around the apartment of which the pictures do not do it justice. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could imagine. Just the usual self catering items to source with a local shop offering a basic selection of items. With a supermarket and dining availability a 10 min drive away. Most importantly there are beaches within walking distance. The pool area is regularly cleaned and other residents are friendly and welcoming. This was the perfect place for my children and I. Will definitely be staying at Penes Place again!

Paradise at Pene's place
Pene's place is an amazing Condo, Natalie has made sure that all the amenities of home are available, including lots of nice towels. Everything is so close, we explored so many different restaurants all within a few minutes walk or a short bus ride and we were able to met a variety of people wherever we traveled. There is a grocery store very close as well, approximately a 15 minute walk and there is also a convenience store which is a 2 minute walk away for those little things you need. We did not miss going all-inclusive at all. There is always a taxi around if this is your preferred route of transportation, but just a short walk you can take the buses anywhere in Barbados for $1 US. The use of the beach at The Barbados Beach Club across the street, was a great plus. The pool at the condo was great when we wanted to have a lazy day and just hang out at "home". Natalie made sure we were comfortable, checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. The AC in the bedrooms made for a really comfortable sleep. Having the washing machine meant we did not have to bring too many clothes which left lots of room to bring treasures back home. The WiFi is excellent. The people of Barbados are amazing so kind and very helpful. Thank you Natalie for a wonderful 2 weeks; I will definitely be booking again and I will be recommending your condo to all my family and friends.

Our Stay at Pene's Place
Just came back from Barbados. WE Loved our stay. We were 2 couples, and we have enough space , not stepping on anyone's toes. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, felt like home . The pool is a plus after a day at the beach. We used the bus and community vans a lot, only 2$ to go to Bridgetown or Oistins. Not many local restaurants in the area. We finally went to the Breezers bar and grill friday night and should have gone earlier . Closest grocery store is at Oistins. 25$ BBD to come back to condo,. We toured the island , a must to discover ! We walked a lot in Bridgetown Streets. We sure will go back and will share our little paradise to friends. Thanks!!

Beautiful, perfect location,feels like home.
Where do I start?.... I guess by saying that the service received by Natalie was impeccable! Before my family and I were even in Barbados Natalie was messaging me to inform us about the condo and surrounding areas, to check up on our travelling status, etc. Once we reached our destination we were met by a very friendly gentleman ( property manager) Patrick. Patrick showed us around and left contact numbers in case we needed anything. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, looks even better than in the pictures which was a lovely surprise. It is very accommodating, they have everything you may need there and more, the pool and jacuzzi were just the icing on the cake, ..(& they light up) :) the neighbors are very friendly and QUIET , you begin to wonder if they're ever home. The beach is literally a 2 min walk or less from the condo and it is private so alot of the time we were there alone. Oistins fish fry is a 20 min walk or a 3min van/bus ride away & I highly recommend you head there on a friday night, I think we were there every night, mo's grill is the place to eat. There's a supermarket near the fish fry and a max's convenience store 3min from the condo. I will absolutely be staying at Pene's place Everytime I return to beautiful Barbados, the hospitality was unreal. Even when hurricane Matthew hit the island Natalie was keeping us updated on the storm and about how the island and airports were closed and where to find candles and such in the condo. She checked in daily and really made us feel like part of the family. If i could give more stars I would. ! Thank you Natalie & Patrick for being the first and last great part of our vacay.
