Hotel was nice inside and out. Swimming pool was clean, lobby was nicely decorated. Everything was sparkling clean. Room was very nice, beds and bathroom clean and design was good. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel!

The guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room is very clean. I thought I reserved the king size bed. I received a queen size bed, but the guy at the front desk changed my room room air conditioner was not working right it was 66° or 67°. I went to the front desk and they sent somebody up to change the batteries, the warmest was 69° other than the air conditioner, everything was great.

Solo nos quedamos una noche, pero fue mas que suficiente para decirles q es espectacular, limpio cuarto y áreas comunes, el personal muy amable y atentos, en especial su Gerente General Sr. Carlos. El hotel es céntrico, cerca de buenos restaurantes, plaza publica y vida nocturna. Volveremos pronto!

It is a good property, but due to the location, need more space to lounging, breakfast. On Sunday all location next to the hotel was closed.
