Welcome to our brand new mountain retreat. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
Everything in the home is brand new, from the custom gourmet kitchen to the amazing bunk room. Your family will feel pampered and comfortable from the moment you walk in to the moment you head back home.

THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR LARGER GROUPS, with a main floor primary suite, three large bedrooms and a massive bunk room for the kiddos.

Conveniently located to all that Mccall has to offer is paramount when you stay here. You can be on the slopes, beaches, or the golf course in no time.

This is a mixed use neighborhood, please respect our neighbors.
Due to limited parking space, there is a 4 car maximum at this property. You can park in the garage and driveway. Also, one car can be parked on the side of the house. If you will have a trailer, there will be one less spot for a car. Please do not park in the street or block any of the other cabins on the street. We ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors!

Please be mindful of parking. There is a two car garage, space in front of the garage and on the side of the home.
Please do not block neighboring driveways. One of the dirt roads lead to another cabin.

House Rules and Important Notices:

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy: With the homeowners having severe pet allergies within their family, this home strictly prohibits any pets from visiting or residing within it.

Failure to comply with smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
