I regret staying at this property. The “villa” I was assigned was under renovation. Upon arrival I was greeted with cleaning equipment and a vacuum cleaner in the entrance. The washer and dryer were removed, the refrigerator pulled out from the wall and all the living room furniture pulled to the center of the room from the walls. The carpet was filthy. The sliding door onto the balcony was unlocked so I searched the unit to be sure it was unoccupied. The mattress was uncomfortable. The decor is 1970s and dowdy. The bedroom and bathroom were the only fairly clean areas of the unit. I stayed the night only because of late arrival and the building being almost 2 miles from the checkin. Never again. They should be ashamed of themselves for having such a rundown property. I took photos of the unit and will forward them on to management.

The resort was beautiful. The view from my room in Hotel 5 was great! I had a mountain view on the top floor and didn't even have to ask. It was super quiet and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Although I left the resort grounds a few times, there was no reason to. There was food and amenities to keep you fed and entertained. I just left and I'm already planning on going back!

Building 4 , needs refreshments, stains and used fabrics, carpet. No breakfast in the property, have to drive outside the resort. I’ve machine did not work. I almost felt on the balcony…. nails and wood spaced by 1/4 inches. Beds very comfortable

Horrible experience. The accommodations, hotel, was dirty and extremely dated. No microwave in the room, small 19 inch tv, paper thin walls, you could hear your neighbors cough. My wife and I ate at one of their restaurants, not cheap, and my wife was up until 3am vomiting. The next day the sales/tour guide did not comp our meal but instead recommended that we not to eat on site. All around a horrible experience, would not recommend much less invest in this resort...

The property overall was nice. We were disappointed that the photos on the Expedia listing showed a beautiful Mountain View but when we arrived we had no view except for the building beside us. It was very misleading. I would have chosen a different property had the pictures been accurate.
