We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Wonderful Historic Home

This spacious home would be worth a trip just to enjoy the beautiful woodwork. The original owner of this historic residence in McMinnville, Oregon has a park named after him. Located just a few blocks from the historic downtown and right across the street from a great brewery, it is still quiet and private with tasteful upgrades that provide a seamless up-to-date experience within an environment that evokes turn-of-the-20th century elegance. We visited during the rainy season, but were warm and toasty in this spacious residence. Comfortable beds, extremely well-stocked kitchen and responsive hosts. The only improvement I could suggest is to keep the exterior hardscape "de-mossed" and the porch furniture clean. We had some unexpectedly warm spring weather, but the porch furniture was uninviting. I'd also suggest replacing the kitchen rug and making sure the kitchen floor gets a mopping. Rest of house was spotless.
