Very clean, great service however was promised a view and I had partial to no view! Moreover I have tried to contact hotel many time through the hotel questions and I didn’t get any responses on shuttle service or adding an extra bed before arrival. Took for ever to check in and kept getting told room would ready in 30 minutes eneded up waiting 3 hours and checking every 30 minutes. Then booked a taxi to train station and was 5 times cost of an uber and told it woudl be safe and on time came an hour late and run to train with a porter and kids in tow. Paid for premium experience and was not deliverd. Booked a suite for 4 people came with 2 coffee pods when checkkng in 4 the next day and zero on the next day .

It’s quite near to Haram, easy access but the facilities are getting old and not renewed.
