Nice overall
It eas a blessng to have stayed so close and be able to pray inside the room. The bathrooms were a bit weird as the shower space was not made well and too small. Also, not being to able to have uber drivers pull up to the entrance was a hassel as our luggage had to be dragged almost 1Km away when checking out. Our driver could not pull up to the entrance while checking in either. Travelling to and from was not easy. However, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the location trumps all other issues. Thanks to all the helpful staff.

I loved my stay at this hotel, room was clean & nice and relaxing. Spent couple more hundred to get the Kabba View and it's so worth it. Closs to Haram and mall Breakfast was great and elevators was so easy and no wait time. Staff was very helpful as usual in all the Cloke Tower Hotels,

Close to Kaaba and clock tower shopping and dining options. Bathroom shower is too small and water started backing up. Very crowded hotel especially at peak times. Breakfast buffet was very good. Elevators especially for the top floors was very slow. Expect for it to take 10 minutes to get down from the higher floors. Convenient option for Makkah but needs to do better.

Good hotel that has easy access to the mall with a walkway that leads right to the haram. The hotel rooms are nice but the bathrooms are small and not the cleanest, but I would still recommend the hotel. It’s our 4th visiting for Umrah over 2 years and we have always stayed at this hotel for to the convenience of walking distance to the haram and the mall. If you select half board, the breakfast and lunch options that they offer in the buffet are plentiful.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times in the past, and it’s always a fantastic place to be. However, I have one complaint: the staff’s rudeness during breakfast hours. I understand that you’re fully booked and have a lot of foot traffic in the morning, but you need to plan better and teach your staff manners when interacting with guests. The staff was extremely busy and didn’t seem to try to listen to our requests. Dinner hour were good as expected. Thanks to Mr Ashraf ( New manager ) for his hospitality during dinner hours
