we only stay there for a few hours it look like a motel not an hotel service not good and people were in and out because they also service for 3 hours like a motel and rooms are for that like a motel we left right away
The location is a maíz in close 2 blocks away to get metro the main and cheap transportation
Close also to restaurants bakery pharmacy just 3 blocks around.
The only concern probably if you decide walk around at the nights could be dangerous because close a bars and escorts 3 blocks away
the worst hotel the worst staff dirty room the size of a closet no intenet no phone service no hot water in bathroom no no staff spoke english bed bugs ect
Great hotel !! Only thing is that they didn’t have my reservation on file 2 hours before me getting there, I had to call hotels.com to see what happened.
The room was way smaller than expected. The shower always flooded onto the tiny bathroom floor which left it soaked on a daily basis. In order to get new towels you had to call for them. Laundry service was an additional charge that they dont tell you upfront.
The stay here was very disappointing. We arrived to find the hotel had no record of our booking. The receptionist just pointed at some chairs and turned to serve somebody else. Eventually a manager (I think) came.to help and found the booking. We were given the key to our room and sent on our way. After being in the room for 30 minutes we were called and told we had to change rooms. The receptionist had given us the wrong key. We moved to a much smaller room. Later in the evening we realised there was no top sheet or blanket on our bed so I had to request one. The next day our room was cleaned and towels were taken but only 1 returned. Our key card also stopped working. So day two I had to request a towel, toilet paper and the key to be reset. I mentioned this to the receptionist before we left for the day and on return it was still not there. The room wasn't cleaned for the remainder of the stay. The room has a ceiling fan which is very very noisy and the shower floods as the door doesn't properly close. Overall the stay was a whole lot of hassle without even having a particularly good location. There are other hotels on this road that are better. Try Hotel Central Plaza. Same place, similar price, much better service. The whole experience would have been made much better if the receptionist was actually polite.
During the check in the receptionist didn't explained anything about the room. She was just asking about a iva payment that I perfectly new that I don't have to pay! Foreigner doesn't have to pay any kind of iva. I had to explained that to her and of course she knew! She didn't explained that I had to leave the room keys at the reception if I wanted the room clean. I had to ask her about everything like WiFi keys. Check out time. She was not professional at all. When the next day I was asking for clean toals they took around 30 min to bring it. Very slow service!
