Great location
Great location. Walking distance to Parque Lleras. The single room has a window but it faces into the hallway. Overall, decent place but it's a little old. For the price, however, it's great.

Buena ubicación, mal servicio.
La ubicación del hostal es muy buena, queda muy cerca del parque El Poblado y permite llegar a diferentes lugares desde allí. A nivel de atención al cliente, el hostal deja mucho que desear. No son claros con los precios que se pactan al principio de la estadía ni con el check in y el check out. Además, el trato al cliente no es el mejor.

La atención al cliente no es muy buena. 1. Me cobraron más de lo que me habían confirmado. 2. No hay buen aseo en las habitaciones. 3. Las personas que están encargadas de este son un poco groseras a la hora de responder ante una inconformidad.
