Front desk lady gave me a room key to an occupied room and then gave me a room key to a dirty room that wasn’t cleaned yet. We saw roaches in the hallway walking to our room.

My fifth stay but the first since new ownership, not overly pleased with the addition of resort fees even though they are low. New restaurant menu is fine. Big rooms, great mattresses and pillows.

I love the location. Quiet end of town. Always feel safe here. I like the Luna café. Nice pool and courtyard and grounds. Favorite place to stay in Ashland!

Retro furnishing repurposed was great. Extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of highway and close to town was perfect.
