The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is close to the old town area and lots of stores and small restaurants. Did not have much interaction with the staff but they seemed friendly at checkin.

This placed is packed with druggies going in/out the same rooms. Staff is not friendly, only word staff said was “ID”

8:00pm Door to front desk locked with message will be back showing time that expired. Had to wait 25 minutes more, called again then someone showed up. Got into the room and there was a disturbance outside, cops showed up… cheap, not comfortable, safe?

We left with bug bites that match all the marks of bedbugs. We have had to strip everything from our house. We are very afraid that we have brought bedbugs home as a result of staying here.

feel unsafe due to so many homeless walking around the area. Need to ring the bell to talk to property/hotel owner or manager. We were the only occupant on this property during my stay.

The room was horrible! Drug deals right out front of the room. The site manager was rude and did not want to refund. Did not apologize about the horrible experience! Do not recommend

The hotel itself is decent; clean room, great management. That said, this is downtown Medford and there were plenty of people "partying" outside late at night
