Enjoy the shared fire pit or the seating area by the garden. Fully fenced-in property. Designated parking all along the right side of the driveway.

This newly built 450 square foot guest cottage, offers a fresh and clean environment. A queen bed in the bedroom. The couch converts to a full pullout in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a full sized refrigerator, a two burner electric glass cooktop and butcher countertops and all your cooking utensils. Laundry room is equipped with side by side washer and dryer.

The guest house has its own mostly private exterior area, with access to the shared yard, fire pit and lawn chairs. Feel free to pick any seasonal fruit or veggies from the garden.
