Just sell it already.
This hotel is barely keeping the lights on. They still have a hidabed in the suites from the 1980s. Back killer. The door for the steam shower was almost falling off its hinges. Room needs a serious renovation overall. Smells like urine. Good job. Hot tub is out of commission. Has been for two years. Heat was at a minimum in the pool and waterslides. Hard not to start shivering. This hotel was always my goto when visiting Medicine Hat. Surprisingly I didn't see any other guests. Never again.

The kids loved the water slide, except the the whole stupid wrist band thing and guests only. We wanted to let our friends kids in with ours. It this was a hassle… and f they just had the door work by key card like most other hotels this would t be an issue. Someone left thier dog alone in thier room at 6am and the dog barked for almost an hour and woke everyone up. Time for new mattresses as well and maybe time to replace the carpet. This place will do in a pinch but is pretty dated.

Unfortunately I found it very noisy from the swimming pool area when we went for breakfast. Heater in our room was noisy at night which woke me up a couple if times. The rooms are very nice and clean.

Tv only had 6 channels and they never cleaned my room once in my 3 night stay. Door that accessed the outside was pretty much ripped off the hinge. I have stayed here many times before but this was by far the worst.

We had a very poor experience with the hotel room. The heater did not work. There was a piece of paper with instructions on it as to how to get it going. We tried most of the night to get it working properly and it wasn't to be. The bathtub also did not drain well. In all the condition of this room was unacceptable not because of staff cleaning work but because of normal maintenance standards of a good hotel. Probably would not return!

Hotel is definitely dated, but overall clean and beds were comfy enough. It was nice having the casino and restaurants in the hotel. Waterslides would be more enjoyable if there was a hot tub.

I am not overly happy how this place has turned out. I have stayed her multiple times but only gets worse. Investing money in all the wrong places. No hot tub should be advertised, the water is way to cold. We had to go and ask for towels as they were empty and it wasnt even busy. The breakfast was horrible. Bland, basic and not overly child friendly. Chairs are dirty, hair in food... we booked a suite that stated 2 kids 2 adults and still needed to call for blankets and pillows. When we called it took a while for then to answer and again it wasnt even busy, and to top it all off there was mold all over our shower. With all the newer hotels around, i would highly recommend going there instead.
