I get room was very smelly , the bathroom smell was very bad , the room not clean , very bad service, the staff not professional, rude , not helpful at all during my nap the cleaning people insisted to knock the door even i didn’t request to clean , i told them thru the door i don’t need clean , still insisted to stay and talk ; my thoughts they want tips) , staff ask personal questions u are from where !!! Are u by yourself!!!!! Why they are not train to be professional, bad service if i could give less than zero i would give , definitely next my trip to Medina i wouldn’t pick this hotel & i will warn my friends not to pick it ,

This hotel lost it's charm! terrible terrible customer service and dirty as hell. I provided management picture of dirty carpet. I won't suggest anyone this hotel anymore. It's a nightmare to stay there.

Most terrible hotel ever
The rooms were dirty, bathroom door handle broken and wouldn’t lock, shower didn’t drain and had hair in it. Bedsheets were dirty and smelled. Thank fully, we only stayed one night.

They need to go out and see 5 star hotels and then come back to fix themselves. Bad smell from AC, wet floor in bathroom, bathroom fan was hanging down and broken, No one answers your calls when you want them to fix or replace. They are very good in charging high price under 5 star rating with one star service. I wish them success and improvement.

Very close to the Masjid. Super convenient. You can go to the room between prayers, it only takes 3-4 minutes. Staff very polite and courteous. Hicham the restaurant manager was always present. Rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable. The only thing that could use an update is the bathroom.

Hotel room extremely below standard for this level of 4 star, corridor dirty, bathroom flush do not work properly! Water leaks as only one shower door! Engineer did not fix the flush problem I called after check in to the “0” reception operator!! Charged $321 without breakfast for 2 where hotels.com showing the same day rate $296 with breakfast showed- reaping off USA clients internationally. Please refund me 100% with in 3 days to avoid further actions.

The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, and the city is truly one of the best in the world. However, the property is in amazing location but unfortunately it is very outdated and in need of a complete refurbishment.
