The hotel location is great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The best thing about this hotel is the service level all staff are great from reception to room service and cleaning. They come to check if anything is missing or if we need anything. Free Saudi coffee and dates are always available in the lobby which is a nice touch. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Aly in the concierge desk

Perfect Location, spacious, friendly staff
Hotel was in perfect location, literally a 5 min walk directly to the mosque. Outside the mosque is the famous little global village huts. Hotel room was clean and very spacious and so was the bathroom, staff were super helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a stay in Madinah

Our stay was excellent. The staff were always ensuring that we were happy and comfortable with our stay. The cleaning staff were great and always ensured we had everything we needed. Hotel is in an excellent location and in very close proximity to the Haram. There are several amazing dining options very near. Great location for female travelers as there are many amazing female staff at the hotel reception, Khadija was very helpful during our stay. The building itself especially the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade.
