I had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Dar Al Iman in Madinah. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Prophet’s Mosque, making it incredibly convenient for prayer times. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a serene view of the mosque. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options catering to different tastes. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable experience, perfect for a spiritually focused trip. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Madinah!

Good stay and recommend the hotel
An overall satisfactory stay with issues resolved by management. The hotel is aging with a refurbishment scheduled for next year. The hotel compensates this with excellent service and issues are resolved by management in a satisfactiry manner. The GM aims to please and for this I commend him and his team. The service at the Cafe, Breakfast Buffet and Reception was good. Room service was patchy but no issue or ask was too much. What could have been an unpleasant stay was soon rectified by managment to ensure a loyal customer of IHG left happy. I commend them for their forthcoming attitude to service and they will continue to receive my custom. The choice of top quality hotels in Madinah is limited with many showing their age. The Dar Al Iman compensates this with excellent service.

The property is VERY outdated. You walk into the room and you feel like you stepped into the 70s. Bathroom is a terrible condition and not enough towels for a room occupied by 3 people. Not what I was expecting for a $350 room. Very disappointing!

Stay was quite good. Service of the room was excellent made even better by Mohammed Bilal who was in charge of Room maintenance. Hotel has Immediate access to the Prophet's mosque Women's section. Reason for 3 stars is that the Hotel was under renovations so lot of noise. Also the existing rooms looked in quite a need of renovation. Furthermore, Breakfast ended at 10:00 instead of 10:30 like other hotels. Also, Window would not open.
