Great place to stay near Masjid e Nabvi
The hotel staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and Mahmood in Restaurant is a super host. 10 minutes walk to Masjid e Nabvi. Clean rooms. Fully recommend it.

The hotel has a good breakfast spread. Hotel service n room is good. Location to the mosque is not far only the crossing of main roads with fast cars is a problem. All in all a recommended hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at Zaha Al Munawara Hotel. The staff were disrespectful and unhelpful, which made my stay uncomfortable. They charged a refundable advance of 200 SAR but created excuses to withhold my refund upon checkout, citing minor issues to justify deductions. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from Masjid Nabawi, making it inconvenient for visits. I do not recommend this hotel; there are better options available in Medina.

Our favorite part was the morning breakfast, lots of delicious food. The restaurant manager Mahmoud Al Massriy did an AMAZING job, I applaud him, very honest and respectful to my self and wife. He made our experience in the hotel 5 star !!! Hotel has a vintage vibe in the rooms. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and respectful, with smooth check-in.

During our 3 nights stay, we faced lots of difficulties from the staff and management. The bathroom drainage was not good and the water back flowed flooding the whole bathroom in dirty water every time we used it. This problem was not solved till the last day of our stay even though we had complained multiple times. We had to take help from Expedia customer service for them to take us seriously. Our whole trip got disrupted because of this situation. The staff were very rude and not cooperating.
