This is a shared house. We rent room by room. A large master bed room with private bathroom + bathtub has 2 queen beds + a sofa bed that can fit for 5 people. Walking distance to Springvale train station, busses and shopping / restaurant. It takes approx. 30 minutes by train to the Melbourne City. It is near Monash university and Haileybury Private School.
