The listing says the Studio Apartment contains: 1) blackout curtains 2) city view 3) rainfall showerhead. 4) sleeps 3 It doesn't have any of these. No hand towels, no dish detergent and the reception staff barely speak English. The room was also dirty. Avoid at all costs.

Wasn't able to open the fridge if the front door was closed, because the door handle is in the way. Was hoping a better city view, but we got the inside of the building room, so all we saw were the balconies/back side of other buildings. But nonetheless, good price for good location.

Nothing very old no facilities, lifts dont work fire escape locked. Very noisy ALL night. Everything broken in room. Says for 4 but its 1 single and a double so I had to sleep on lounge. Not enough towels. Overall worst place I have ever stayed at.

Fabulous location. The property is dated and photos dont represnt its cureent state. The pool in partcular was underwhelming. Holes either side of the airconditing unit where it had been installed. Amenities in the room were fabulous full kitchen much appreciated. Despite no smoking signs everywhere the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. Had the window open our entire stay to help address that which meant extra noise as there is construction in the area. Could be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

I specifically asked in advance for no stairs due to family travelling with me has a bad hip and another has epilepsy, yet to be informed until I’m in the room that it has stairs and they had to use them in order to use the toilet. I told reception and the only thing they would do is a refund and leave us stranded at 9-10pm at night. Worst experience ever!

We arrived after midnight and had to wait for access. The door was locked, no one was at reception or attended the bell. A staff appeared after around 10 mins. There might have been renovation going on in the building so we got waken up by different sort of noises.

Insufficient towels, cold water shower, coffee cups not big enough. No communication, no do or dont information. No idea how the key worked. We weren't given any information when booking in. The room was small, and tv in small bedroom. We thought we were getting a decent sized room, and didn't. Thankfully, we only used it to sleep in. nothing else. TV only had 4 chanels. Will definetly not be staying there again.
