Great location across the road from the aquarium, short walk to DFOs and the Casino. Close to trams/public transport so it was very easy to get around. We stayed with our young kids. The rooms were sectioned off with slideable doors and only air con in the living areas so we needed to leave the doors open since there were no fans. The balcony railing was stressful with young kids and being on the 9th floor they weren't aloud out there alone. The accommodation was average but super convenient for a short stay.

The service at this property was terrible. We arrived at 4:30pm after a long drive from Sydney and were made to wait half an hour before we could access our room due to door maintenance. If we had arrived at 2pm we would have had to wait until 5pm. The car lift was tiny and the staff failed to ask us what type of car we have, so our Kluger got damaged in the process of using it. We then were told to use the car park a street away which made it inconvenient for us to access the hotel.

Stayed over Christmas. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when asked to help with anything. The apartment was acceptably clean. Overall we had a good stay with an amazing view over the river.

Good location but don’t be fooled by the pictures, the apartment looks nothing like the pictures. Needs an update. Very very small balcony. Hallway was not cleaned at all during the 4 day stay

Great hotel in a central location. Very close to Southern Cross Station and the city tram. Excellent service too. We needed a roll away bed and they brought one within a few minutes. The dishwasher was broken in our unit and so they washed our dishes for us everyday.

The property is in a good location. We had issue with our wifi after couple of hours it got fixed which was great. The apartment we had was a bit run down and there was rubbish and chocolate found under one of the beds from the previous people that stayed there so wasnt cleaned properly. Unfortunately we were unlucky and got a boring view of another building we were hoping we would get a nice view even requested a higher floor which we didnt get. Overall accommodation was ok

This experience was extremely disappointing… the rooms look nothing like the photos. I had to ask them to change my room as it smelt like sweat and was unbearable. The rooms were dirty and wasn’t cleaned after the previous people left as there were food all over the floor.. the rooms were for sure not cleaned properly and would not recommend anyone

On arrival greeting & communication was poor & limited, parking wasn’t explained being in another building had to walk luggage back to the building, appartment was small & very dirty didn’t want to touch or put anything down food,dust everywhere & you could hear traffic trains & loud cars at night & early mornings overall the worst place I’ve ever stayed at in the city & will never go back highly recommend not to stay there.
